The anomalies respawn after several seconds when triggered by bolt or you stepping into them. Thus if you stand still where you got hit by the anomaly and heal you're obviously going to trigger the anomaly again immediately after it respawns. Also, from observation walking speed isn't always fast enough to get past an anomaly before it respawns.

Half, when fighting bloodsuckers try entering the water. It should let you see their movement. At least it worked in earlier games.
Halfman, you can switch to single fire on your AK, don't know how tho. Easier to make headshots than with the recoil on automatic.
Who would imagine that running through multiple anomalies might lead to some expensive repairs :P

you should start repairing your gear before it gets in the yellow or it becomes more expensive to fix
