Her Dipper might, but it's more likely that he'd also stick around, convinced that he can get through to her, a belief only boosted by the existence of the Prime Timeline. Besides, it's a rare Dipper that would abandon his twin, let alone his whole family.
This reminds me of the time Mr. Crocker captured Cosomo and Wanda. If Bill wasn't the big bad, this would be quite the plot twist. Like maybe an Alternate Mabel or something.

*Wrote this before I saw the later part of the video* I'd imagine in this AU, Bill made her bubble more powerful than he did originally. In that he made it so Mabel could literally do ANYTHING she wanted so long as she chooses to stay inside it, no rules at all much like how he wanted to party forever. Downside is, the bubble's ability was too strong that it could give her anything too, even if said things were outside of the bubble. There would be no gideon confrontation in the AU either as a result, since instead of creating Dippy Fresh she was just "I want my brother to be in here too" *Dipper gets teleported inside the bubble*. Same goes for her friends and family. Of course after they tell her about Bill and the dangers he's going to reek on the world, she was all "Oh that's easy! I want bill inside of here too" *Gets teleported in front of them* He would have the normal reaction based freakout, decides to command the bubble to pop or change into a nightmare.. Except when he snaps his fingers it doesn't work, much like how it didn't work in Stan's mind at the end the whole "Why isn't this working?!" Mabel would reveal she learned the true of the bubble, and that she has ultimate power leaving Bill to take the state we see right when she decides to have him trapped in the scepter. Sadly at that point, the bubble's influence ended up merging with Bill's blocked powers and broken what remained of Mabel's mind.
I found Many GF theory suggests that Mabel is (pre)destined to be A LOT more powerful than people initially thought due to her having the essence to represent the shooting star symbol and Bill is the only one who sees it. Since Shooting stars/Meteorites are: -In some cultures and tribes, have been seen as signs for new leaders to come/be born -have been seen as sacred, godly objects kept in temples in some cultures/religions. - one of the most diverse omens people have throughout history since it's been a driving force and warning for big changes and new beginnings since they have historic, theoretical ties to the mass destruction of species (i.e. dinosaurs). -“Seen as signs of fortune and success” Wish upon those stars and It will either come true or destroy everything due to them being literally falling rocks (which is both in Bill's case). This fits Mabel to a T, she is Hope and beauty that is also unpredictable and wild that radiates power, possibility and purity that evil is attracted to. A disastrous miracle. It's why power hungry people (Gnomes and Gideon) want her to be their queen. It is why Bill wants her out of the way (via distraction or death) to throw a successful takeover. Any side she takes, she is the *_strongest_* supporter that has the power to change the fates of thoes around her (episodes: time traveler's pig, deep end, love god, not what he seems, sock opera, vs future etc.) and providing creative solution to problems while she's at it (Tourist trapped, society of the blind eye, scaryoke, not what he seems, take back the falls etc spotlight to irrational treasure). In Gravity falls, in (sometimes) small yet meaningful ways, the Power Of Mabel _ALWAYS_ have the final say.
I'd argue that Dipper also has that kind of power, but where Mabel channels it through her emotions, Dipper does it with his head. He literally kickstarted the apocalypse on a whim. He RAISED THE DEAD by reading out a spell. If anyone could do it, it likely would have happened sooner, and Gravity Falls would have been overrun by zombies. It's not likely that they'd think KAROKE would be the zombies weakness. So what made Dipper special? I admit, most of the time he utilizes existing magic to achieve his desired results, but getting it to work requires understanding of the magic and precise control. Ford didn't think of a lot of Dippers additions, so it can't just be intelligence that's letting Dipper pull these things off. If given a proper spellbound or access to the right materials, I think Dipper would be an incredibly powerful mage.

Since Pine Trees are associated with Death, afterlife, Fire and Greater Knowledge. The burning of pine trees can allow for purification of dark/evil spirits in some belief systems. Also Pines are evergreen trees (one that stayed green during rough seasons like winter) and Bill calls him Persistent for pining for his ambitions.
Also! In was stated (I don't remember if in Jorunal 3 or Book of Bill) that Mabel transended into other dimention while on Smiley Dip. So I really like to think, that Mabel is similar to Bill in a way - he saw the stars in 3D dimention, she saw... Demon dogs of another dimention. Maybe there is another universe, where Mabel wanted to reach the other world again and destroyed whole world in the process, just like Bill destroyed his?
I think it would be interesting if what Mabel says at the end (about dipper eventually understanding her reasons) works in reverse. Like she slowly realizes she misses her friends when they weren’t mind controlled, misses her parents, misses the real world. And she gets redeemed and comes to a realization on her own (or maybe with a little help from dipper) and eventually frees everyone and wakes up.
Is there going to be a part 2, that will have a happy ending? also seeing Mabel imagine a future where dipper took Ford's apprenticeship along with everyone forgetting her and seeing Stan and Ford's graves due to old age just hit different in the feels department.

Why’s ironic is that a VERY similar thing happened to Bill in The Book Of Bill. During one of his attempts to make a portal involved him using a wizard, who actually betrayed him and trapped him in a glass ball using unicorn hair as a way to impress his girlfriend
It hits harder that after the book of bill is kinda hint it that the parents of Mabel and dipper are kinda going through a divorce and the reason that they were sent to gravity falls was to not let them see it the processs and the fights
I'd like to think this is where the "Anti-Mabel" from Lost Legends comes from. Somehow, Dipper finds a way to defeat her and with the help of Ford gets this version banished to the multiverse.

It seems that Mabel acknowledges to some degree, despite her probably crumbling mental state, that Ford and Dipper aren’t really at fault for anything, but she’s still upset at Ford for offering to take Dipper as an apprentice, and for Dipper being willing to act as Ford’s apprentice

I find it interesting how, while mentioning good guys and bad guys, only Dipper and Ford appear for both. It seems that Mabel acknowledges to some degree, despite her probably crumbling mental state, that Ford and Dipper aren’t really at fault for anything, but she’s still upset at Ford for offering to take Dipper as an apprentice, and for Dipper being willing to act as Ford’s apprentice
This would’ve been kinda cool like Mabel slowly taking and stealing bills powers and becoming more and more evil this would’ve been a cool plotwist

the way im imagining this is that bill went into mabels bubble astral projected like when he goes into mind, and underestimates mabels power over her own fantasy and gets trapped. since the bubble is still locked i assume mabel now has full reign of gravity falls with bills power but still chooses to live in mabelland and summon in the crew.
