Danny is the guy who shows that you can’t judge people by their appearance. He is honest about his drinking and drug use, but clearly despite those coping mechanisms he was trying to be a decent person and a steady factor in the kids lives. I hope others will show him the sympathy and respect he deserves.

Too bad they weren’t placed with someone else, Quinton would still be here. Danny, was a young man who didn’t know what he was getting into with that awful Lie Lani. I always think in a courtcase they should have a large picture of the victim displayed at all times- like they do at a funeral or memorial. Jurors must keep in mind at all times why they are there.
Watching the video of her mother going after the babysitter was all I needed to see where this woman learned to be a monster. Those children never had a chance at a decent life with her in it, she has destroyed so many lives and has altered them to their core. She needs to go away and never thought of ever again

I love how the judge runs her courtroom. Very professional, interacts calmly with the lawyers and is a very compassionate judge to her jury but all in her court. I’ve never seen such care from judges. She’s just so sweet.

After watching the interrogation videos, I understand why her baby Daddy's and Danny did not want to be with her. Her temper tantrums and constant gaslighting and lying is crazy. When daniel testified that he would tip toe around her because if he made noise or woke her she would yell at him rang true based on her behaviours in the interviews. I 100% believe him he was an abused spouse
“I tried not to upset myself worrying about what she was doing” God I feel that to my core. It’s exactly how I exist. I try to just focus on my kids being okay. Danny absolutely breaks my heart. He isn’t at all what I was expecting - he seems like an extremely sensitive person. It’s heartbreaking.

I’m not sure why Danny is getting so much praise. He was a 31 year old man, living with a nasty, evil girl at her mom’s house. He met LS when she was 20, and not a mature 20 but more like a mental 14 year old. Quinton was just a few months old and he got her pregnant with #3. He’s a dirtbag. He cooperated because he realized she would happily throw him under the bus if she got any chance to do so.
@TSUNAMI-MAMI he was an abused spouse. He went from being a young single guy to a father of three and might as well been a single father at that. Yes he drank but he was using it to cope with his situation. I would probably do the same in his shoes.
From what I remember his parents made him get the heck out of there when they found out Quinton was missing. His parents knew there is only one reason a Mother would not be looking for her child and that is because SHE ALREADY KNOWS EXACTLY WHERE THEY ARE💯

I think Mr. Youngkin has learned a very important life lesson and will be very careful in the future with who he gets involved with and has children with. He seems like a decent young man; he certainly tried to take such good care of children that were not even his own. He was far more a concerned 'parent' than those poor children's 'mother'. 😢

My son was in this kind of relationship, he never knew what mood she would be in every day when he came home from work. She would take my grandson and fly out of the house even if it pouring down rain. The last time she tried he finally stood up to her and stopped her from taking him. She never even came back until he filed for custody

Being on drugs is a constant cycle of pain & depression. You start off doing drugs due to depression and when its wearing off you go into a worse depression stage its a never ending cycle.
I disagree people start doing drugs because they are FUN, until they are not. It's not always some deep trauma that leads to drug abuse. The drugs deplete your serotonin than the depression and vicious cycle kicks in

Never did i say i was defending this monster. I’m a non-drug user and have never been around an addict before what I’m pointing out is that regardless if she was trying to use drugs for healing her depression or pain she was using drugs to excuse it. It was only going to get worse after that is evident. You can tell in the interview as it’s wearing off she’s only worse that’s why she is in the state she is in. Shes trying to excuse drug use in the interview that is why I am stating what I said that if she kept on using that, it was only going to get worse.

It seems like Danny has stopped drinking and is focused on his daughter. That would be a good thing to come out of this tragedy. I hope he heals enough to not attract another abusive narcissist.

Does anyone know why Lie Lani lost custody of her sons? Too bad they weren’t placed with someone else, Quinton would still be here. Danny, was a young man who didn’t know what he was getting into with that awful Lie Lani. He was so abused by that woman, I really hope he’s getting help currently. Danny seems like an honest and genuine person. He didn’t hide his own demons with drinking, even while driving down to the amount he’d have daily. He showed emotion about Q- much more than Leilani. Watching the video of her mother going after the babysitter was all I needed to see where this woman learned to be a monster. Those children never had a chance at a decent life with her in it, she has destroyed so many lives and has altered them to their core. She needs to go away and never thought of ever again

I love how the judge runs her courtroom. Very professional, interacts calmly with the lawyers and is a very compassionate judge to her jury but all in her court. I’ve never seen such care from judges. She’s just so sweet.

I’m not sure why Danny is getting so much praise. He was a 31 year old man, living with a nasty, evil girl at her mom’s house. He met LS when she was 20, and not a mature 20 but more like a mental 14 year old. Quinton was just a few months old and he got her pregnant with #3. He’s a dirtbag. He cooperated because he realized she would happily throw him under the bus if she got any chance to do so.

My son was in this kind of relationship, he never knew what mood she would be in every day when he came home from work. She would take my grandson and fly out of the house even if it pouring down rain. The last time she tried he finally stood up to her and stopped her from taking him. She never even came back until he filed for custody

I really don't understand her not being held accountable. I thought she must have helped the state. Now, after Danny's testimony, I'm not sure they would need Lielani's mother's cooperation. Hopefully, this is addressed during this trial.

This young man seems very sincere and traumatized by what has happened.
Being on drugs is a constant cycle of pain & depression. You start off doing drugs due to depression and when its wearing off you go into a worse depression stage its a never ending cycle.
I disagree people start doing drugs because they are FUN, until they are not. It's not always some deep trauma that leads to drug abuse. The drugs deplete your serotonin than the depression and vicious cycle kicks in

Never did i say i was defending this monster. I’m a non-drug user and have never been around an addict before what I’m pointing out is that regardless if she was trying to use drugs for healing her depression or pain she was using drugs to excuse it. It was only going to get worse after that is evident. You can tell in the interview as it’s wearing off she’s only worse that’s why she is in the state she is in. Shes trying to excuse drug use in the interview that is why I am stating what I said that if she kept on using that, it was only going to get worse.

Quinton would not have been there at that time. By not looking, he only delayed the “discovery” of Q being gone.
I am so thankful for this man testifying. He is a good man and he did not deserve this. I’m glad Quinton had him in his life.

I had to step away, this is so heartbreaking. Danny seems like such a nice young man. There is so much pain though in his heart and all over his face. What this evil woman did is just unbearable. Even if he did look, it wouldn’t have changed the outcome. I wish I could hug him 🫂

I would be HYSTERICAL if I saw bits of my son. I can NOT imagine seeing one of my children’s feet after he died no matter how long it had been. I have 25 and 22 year olds and I would be losing my mind sitting there looking at what is left of them.

Poor Danny is a broken man. Seems he tried to do everything for their little family and got nothing but abuse in return. Quite frankly I'm surprised he doesn't have his own case against her. Maybe it's in the works. His real emotion and trauma is diametrically opposite to her cold fish 🐟affectation. Danny boy, grizzlies have your back!
