Gray Paladin sent me something really nice and it arrived today!
The reason for this...
On August 17, 2023 I was in a major automobile accident that destroyed my car and almost cost me my life. I have been out of work for a couple of weeks while recovering from my injuries, and Gray Paladin (a.k.a. Emery) thought that I could use a win.
Gray Paladin and I have been close friends ever since we stumbled onto each other's TH-cam channels many moons ago. I consider this man to be a brother to me. It's that simple, and his kindness is abundantly clear and present in the video that I have presented here. I only hope that some day soon I will be able to return the kindness and do something equally as cool for my dear friend.

Lastly, the saber in question is the Mordred from The Pach Store. This is a neopixel saber utilizing their most recent Flyte soundboard. It is a VERY economically priced neopixel saber absolutely bristling with features and detail. It's a gorgeous saber and I am quite pleased to have one in my possession to cherish forever since I'm a sentimental fool, lol.

Yeah, not too shabby. I'm having difficulty getting some of my other soundfonts to work. The naming structure in the Flyte is a little different than Asteria, but I have found that Asteria formatted soundfonts do work on the Flyte (they're both Ultimate Works soundboards). I'll keep at it!

I lost my leg to a drunk driver a few years back, so I hope you are able to recover fully from your accident. Congrats on your new sabre!!
I was fortunate that my car took the brunt of the calamity and protected me. I was a victim of a semi driver who didn't check before merging into my lane. I will likely recover with some mild permanent damage, but for the most part I'll be alright.
It pains me that you were made to suffer at the hands of another. I hope for all the best for you from here on, my friend.
