And the fact that she is the female lead with little acting experience compared to other actresses who are more experienced also shows how much trust they have in Jisoo's acting. Jisoo and Hye-yun in one drama still feels like a fever dream to me as a blink and a k-drama fan. And knowing that Jisoo auditoned and passed for the lead role just makes me confident that if not at least close, she's up to par with these actresses!

Loved 'Good Detectives' His character as the stubborn and single minded officer here is so powerful. The hall director's acting sends chill down my spine. So mysterious and sad it seems. I think we should talk more about how Jisoo bagged her first leading role with Snowdrop. Getting the main role of the drama through audition among any other VETERAN actresses is already a great feat. The casting were filled with veteran and experienced actors and actresses, not to mention a CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED director and writer. Some may think (including me) that getting a VETERAN ACTRESS for the main role would be just usual but no, they chose a complete rookie actress with no supporting lead dramas to back her up. I think Jisoo really nailed the audition and was destined to be Young-ro, after all the script was written 12 years ago. It seems like the script finally found its own characters. I'm so proud of Jisoo, bagging this role is already a big achievement. I'm curious to watch the drama to see what made the director and writer cast her. I'm sure they saw a big potential from her, which I can't wait to see.
Jisoo would certainly break the stereotype among idol-actors. She will be a powerhouse in the acting industry sooner or later.

Its even known and told by a staff behind the scene that Jisoo went to audition and there are other A list actresses who audition alongside her but the Director picked her. You know that Jisoo actually joined YG to be an actress right..? She was called the goddess actress or sumn by her junior in her school before. If you don’t know anything about her, better shush.
