    Sarah I just wanted to thank you so much for always being joyful and inspiring to everyone on your channel and here on Instagram. I play competitive volleyball and have for almost 8 years. I absolutely love the sport and have been training for my varsity team the past summer (I live in cali) however in the last week I felt some extreme pain in my hip and it turned out I actually herniated something in it. Just after this occurred your spider bite also happened that I saw on your Instagram. If I am being completely honest I felt completely deflated about no longer being able to play and possible being cut from the team due to not being able to play. But as I watched you deal with your spider bite and talk about it being okay to feel sad about it and scared but to also know that you can get back from it by just simply being positive made this so much easier for me. You truly are such an inspiration sarah and I am so thankful for you and your channel!! Lots of love ❤️❤️

    UPDATE: I did this workout yesterday and WOW WOW, I was dripping sweat and it kicked my butt, I added a few treadmill sprints and some abs and stretching at the end and it was killer! Thank you 😘

    Thank you SO much for showing us that you take tiny breaks when you are feeling tired or sore or just need to catch your breath. It makes it seem so much more doable than watching someone go through a set with "ease" and then trying it yourself and getting discouraged by your own breaks. I hope that makes sense. I'm very grateful that you didn't cut those parts out

    girl, you are STRONG! wow! i'm currently struggling with my self-perception and acceptance, and with my family mean comments about my "new body" (less fat percentage, more muscle definition) to the point i didn't even want to workout anymore. you gave me inspiration!!!! i need to focus on what i like to do and what makes me feel great, and be honest and excited with that just as you are with your food and exercise! thank you so much!

    I cannot tell you how refreshing it was seeing a fitness guru truly challenged by their workout. I am so used to seeing other fitness gurus show snippets of their workout in which they don't drop a bead of sweat. So great to see you give it your all.

    Wow that was an insane workout! Love how real the footage was too - you showed smashing out the reps but also how painful it was & stopping to get your breath back! Made me feel not so bad for having to stop a few times in your sweaty shredders! Keep up the good work!!x

    It's literally so encouraging to see your full workout. Not only does it give good ideas but to see you push yourself in each exercise and to see your facial expressions reminds us that it isn't actually easy for everyone. It's really motivating to watch!

    I LOVE how you shot this workout routine! Just the moving from spot to spot, with the camera following you around. IT JUST LOOKED COOL! And I really like the work too, usually I do circuits of only 3-4 exercises, but this was super long! I got to try this!

    I love when you show us the different kinds of food you shop for!! It helps loads when by introducing healthy options I've never even heard of but my problem is, I don't know how to put them together and make a meal! Could you please please please make a video with different lunch/dinner recipes including salads???

    hey sarah! I wanna start this out by saying I can tell from watching your videos for the past few months that you are a really nice person and that you've taught me a lot about the fitness side of health and I'm very thankful for that. I am, however, wandering about the food aspect. I know that your mantra is "listen to your body" and I think that is awesome and totally agree! but my question (this is not me claiming to know better than you I'm just curios and can clearly see you've done research) is the best way to "listen to your body" at night time and such, to have these almost binge sessions that you discuss in multiple of your videos? maybe is it better for your body to simply eat more in other meals throughout the day or make more calorie/carbohydrate dense add ins to your meals? NO DISRESPECT INTENDED WITH THIS I sincerely think you're a lovely person. hope this isn't misleading.

    Sarah, you inspire me so much!!! I've been a gym goer but i haven't realised my goals, and im always tired at the gym and coming home unhappy! Coming across you, i realised, i should know what my goals are and be happy always! not deprive myself of food and just listen to my body!! nice fridge and workout routine btw!     I used to do paleo for over a year. I felt great and i was very lean, however in that entire year i didnt once get my period.
    I am now introducing grains and even rice and wholegrain bread into my diet like i used to eat when i still had a regular cycle.
    The doctor said that because i am lean and exercise a lot its hard for my hormones to balance properly.
    Its kinda weird even though i ate very healthy whole foods (and a lot of them) it seems to have got my hormones completely out of whack.
    I feel better now since incorporating grains...etc i think they are important in the diet too.

    All I can say is DAYYYYYUM! What👏 A👏 Boss👏 with that workout! I'm finally done being sick, and I've been itching to do a workout. I still got some blob vibes from being sick, but I'm SO motivated right now!! But YES to a superfoods video. All of it is so overwhelming...     Thanks for showing yourself struggling with parts of your workout. It's really nice to see that as I think fitness youtubers so often just show their hardcore fantastic fitness selves in their workout videos. It helps non-fitness buffs like myself know that it's hard for you too sometimes.

    I'm a college student and I would love it if you did a video on starting up a paleo diet. Your food videos are awesome, but it looks really expensive to start up considering all of the powders and whatnot that I do not already own. What are the staples?!

    First of all your fridge- holy smokes! So yummy- since veggies and fruits don't last very long- how often do you have to go to the market?
