Assuming being able to stop 1 bullet from killing you via wearing a helmet equals you surviving that (firefight) raid, is the biggest issue with this study. This is simply not something you can calculate nevermind assume.
But the amount of work and theorizing in order to get the results you got is rather amazing to say the least.
I still find it insane the amount of Exel sheets that have all the data. Absolutely got me rolling on It
Proud to you for putting in the work. But I think a more applicable study might be if you got a number of players to record the money they had Before & After running a number of raids with or without a helmet. Then see, which group had the greater gain. That way, the data might self-correct for various playstyles.

if you do the labs video maybe you could also make a category for helmets with high ricochet like the shattered mask, glorious mask, death shadow, and cqcm? It would be interesting to see just how much ricochet saves you even if the ammo would have penetrated the mask.
It would be interesting to see, but judging from the reaction to this video it won't be worth the effort.

Dude I was running an air frame and it tanked 4 headshots in a row, I was shooting up and the enemy was shooting down, fighting outside of the resort near the fire truck / ramp into second story. I won only because of that helmet. I took it off and looked at all the bullet scores hahaha
Great work! Yes I’d say they’re worth it in general, my big question is is it better to run a bastion with plate and comtac 4’s or something with a level 4 or better face shield and give up the ears and plate. I play PvE
Cqcm facemask with comtac4. Cqcm is lvl 4 face and you’ll always get it back in insurance. Can buy on the flea or from Lightkeeper later on
Id try altyn/rya but I alter my pathing alot when running those helmets so that I'm mostly fighting cqc and minimize the chances of getting shot from the side
The only thing that has worked for me is the killa helmet unfortunately. I mean if you’re in a gunfight with someone who is good whats the point of a helmet when they can just spray your face and get a lucky one tap to yourhead

The only helmet ive found to do anything for me in this game is the altyn with the visor. too bad you cant get the helmet anymore unless you're 47 and I'm not grind 800 hours just to do that lol.
Yeah I miss being able to buy as many altyns/rys as I wanted, it was the last wipe (just before lighthouse was released) that I could actually fight cheaters that used terrible ammo
@@ChucklesTV I feel like they should make it, you can buy a Tagilla helmet. Its a good bit weaker than the altyn while still kina doing its job but just doesn't have 4 different hit box zones that can tank 4 different times.
