i know this video was posted a while ago but you said to drop any experience if we’ve ever encountered anything so here’s mine, it’s kinda crazy. so this one time about 3 weeks back i was on my phone just chilling about to fall asleep and keep in mind it’s pitch black and silent in my basement which is where i had my room set up. so i’m laying down and where my couches are it’s about 2 feet beside my bed. i kid you not i hear this grown mans voice quiet whisper HEHEHE and so i’m frozen with fear and my immediate reaction is to call up my best friend and as i’m dialling her number the same voice goes hello there... moved my room to my upper level and haven’t slept down there since.

i’ve had that exact same thing happen at my dads before. i was in my room which is right next to the stairway (the stairs are wooden) and my dad popped out to the shop which is only like 10 mins away (no one else besides my dad and i stayed there as he lives alone) & basically, i was scrolling through my youtube recommendations and literally heard running sounds up the stairs. at first i tried to convince myself it was next door since the walls are rlly thin (it was around 8-9pm), and that maybe the stairs were just creaking bc they’re wooden, but the footsteps were like heavy ones. it sounded like a child was playfully running up the stairs on all fours and it scared the shit out of me being the only person in the house right next to the stairs lmao. i literally messaged my dad to ask if he was back or not and he said no, so i put my headphones on and blasted out music to distract myself until he came back.

I lived on my own and one night I woke up around 2am and I looked at the bottom of my bed and there was a full on apparition of a little girl just staring at me with no facial expression! I was terrified to even move or even grab my phone. She didn’t feel threatening but it was the shock of not expecting it for me. Loved this video though! Feels like I’m not crazy xx
The same happened to my wife and I. We were brought out of our sleep at the same time weirdly enough to see a young girl hovering at the end of our bed. My wife almost jumped out of bed upon seeing it. It went away after it scared us. I'm thankful my wife and saw it together lol. I would always wonder if I was dreaming.
@greenbug001 I saw an old lady at the foot of my bed that disappeared. I'm not sure how many ghosts is in the house but I had nightmares sleep paralysis all the time.

Holly !! We had the same paranormal activity in my childhood home, experienced the very same sleep paralysis in my old home twice, exactly how you explained it. Probably the scariest thing i have ever felt.

At my mums house when we was younger we experienced some of these things but it wasn’t as scary as yours. I had a hair dresser come round and she mentioned a weird feeling in the house and she said she reads sprints and said there was a lady living with us. Me and my sister decided to name the Spirit and the first name the spirit did not like at all. We then changed the name to Deborah and we would just say hi to her and let her know when she was scaring us or if things went missing we would ask for them back😂 after a while she kinda disappeared and when I’m in my mums house now I don’t feel her anymore. Ghost/ spirits are real and until you have felt it of experienced it you won’t fully believe or understand it.

We first tried Barbara but she seemed to make more noise and we could feel her in the house more than ever before and yeah Deborah just came second and it worked which is good maybe is made the lady feel at peace and made her feel safe.

I’ve experienced something a bit like this, but the spirit followed me, my child started talking to it, so at first I thought it was a family member that had come through, but honestly years past and the older my child got the more it became unhealthy. All sorts of strange things would happen & it scared me so much. I went to a medium and they told me that it might not be following my child but following me instead. When I found this out things got worse, things would fly around the room, I would dream i was possessed, I too also experienced sleep paralysis. My child started getting upset saying .mummy I don’t want to play with the ghost anymore. It was horrible to see, my child would often tell me where it was and if it was behind me. I’ve never been so scared. We ended up moving back in with my parents and touch wood nothing has happened since. That was back in 2019. I just hope whatever it was has moved on. My child doesn’t remember anything, thank god. I never want to experience anything like that again X

When I was living with My Mum, I experienced one of the most paranormal occurrences ever in My life...
It was early in the morning of Summer 2010 when the Sun was rising, and I was wakened by the sound of the bed stands shaking and squeaking from downstairs bedroom right underneath where I sleep, and at the time, My Dog was quite a shy barker, and out of nowhere, I could hear Her whining on the landing down/upstairs at the bedroom door...
She then started barking and She got louder!
Mum was clearly sleeping in the living room that night, and the noise happened to waken Mum up also as I heard Her coming up the stairs to check on Me to see if it was Me when clearly I was still lying awake when it was happening...
At first, I thought it was actually Mum making that noise, but then I somehow clicked on that Mum wouldn't make as much noise as that, not at that time in the morning, no way!
So then a few hours later, as the day got brighter, We both went into the room where all the noise was coming from, and what do We see? Two pictures of My older siblings getting their first Holy communion lying straight out on the bottom of the bed, and a print mark on the bed as if someone sat down on the sheet of the bed...
Now, My Mum put all those pictures away put by, and I wonder how the Hell did they pictures manage to end up lying on the bed? Plus, My older Brother was saying over at My Sister's that night, and when He came home, We told Him and He was baffled!
That night, it was only Me, Mum, and the Dog in the house at the time...

I’ve heard of someone else moving into a house and whenever they do work to it/change it around things happen! It’s like the previous owner that’s passed away gets pissed off that they’re changing how they had their house x
My mum has had paranormal experiences when she was a teen (seen a figure in an abandoned house - it was in the ground floor window then she looked at her friend and when they looked back it was in the 2nd floor window!)
Also in my childhood home (not old), things started to go missing and would turn up in the most random places! My dance tights went missing for YEARS and turned up in the loft. The Christmas table runner went missing for a couple years then turned up in the airing cupboard (where it’s usually kept and was the first place to look!), and my mums engagement ring!
And since my Nan passed away last April, my grandad has had a few paranormal experiences which we believe to be her staying with him, like closing the door to her bedroom (my grandad left it open cos he didn’t want to “lock her in” but my Nan always hated having the door open), my grandad felt a kiss on his cheek one night and said “Rose is that you?” And the entire room went cold 😭

3 days ago I was on a teams call in my nan’s bedroom (she passed away) 12/02/2017. There is a shelf behind me and as I was in the call a book fell off the shelf onto the bed. In the same room a picture I keep of the two of us was left on my work desk and I felt like someone stroked my leg. I’ve had voices on our cctv and can smell her sometimes. I understand exactly what you are saying. It’s a good energy but it is a bit startling at times x
I love these sorts of videos and I love hearing about peoples' experiences :) I don't know if you will see this comment but the term for it is "ghosts or stuck spirits" and what it basically means is that these people linger on earth, most people when they die they evolve/descend it seems like the old man was having issues moving on, it does't necessarily mean they'll cause any harm but you mentioned he lived alone and had no relatives - so the only thing he left behind was the house... and even though he's dead, his spirit is stuck/attached to the house until he learns to let go other tenenats or owners will experience the same thing as you, just like the lady that lived there before you mentioned how she felt similar things
Maryam Shi, yeah exactly what you said. They don’t cross over when they die because they also don’t accept that they are dead so their spirit stays. Sometimes when their making themselves noticeable to people it could also mean they need help crossing over (I think) x

I live with my daughter on our own and I often feel someone’s in my room at night before I sleep I sense something, not every night but some nights. The same feeling you had in the kitchen. It’s absolutely terrifying to the point I sweat trying to get to sleep and have to get up and turn the light on or tv to have some background noise. I generally sleep with the light on at night 🤣 (like having the light on stops whatever it is from killing me) 😭

The sleep paralysis that you've explained here sounds exactly like 'The Old Hag' which I only know about because my mum had it, google it! My house was haunted a couple years ago and a spirit had attached itself to me, I had loads of horrible things happen to me during this... after mine and my mums experiences, we decided to get the house, land, and ourselves 'dowsed' which has completely cleared the spirits/energy from myself and the house, and the woman who cleared it basically explained that a spirit had attached itself to me because of my 'inner light' that i have inside of me? I had never heard of this before and was so shocked, she doused the house from where she lives, about 15mins away from me, she didn't even need to be there she just needed the address and names on the people who live there, it's so interesting, but I knew as soon as she had done it because I felt a complete release and lift of energy. When the things were happening to me I really thought I was going crazy/making it up in my head, the woman who cleared the spirits/energy said to me that she had allowed the spirit to move on to something brighter, and I asked her what it was but she wouldn't tell me because 'it isn't good to dwell on it or it give it any time, thought or energy'. She also said i have a gift with this sort of thing and in the future could possibly do what she does! Did you have to declare these things when you were selling the house to the new owners? p.s Im so glad you're uploading again, love! x x x
Omg don’t even mention the old hag ! My sister described some sort of sleep paralysis to me and she described something which when I googled it sounded exactly like the old hag! I have never seen it thankfully but my mum had described the exact same thing to me !!!

I was being haunted for years Holly, since i was 10, eventually about 4 years ago I saw a reiki master recommended by my friend and had reiki, BEST thing i've ever done. Turns out the reason only I was experiencing it all was he was attached to me. I wont go too deep into all of it because of negative energy and all that. But basically, stomping across the landing like fast pacing, music box playing at night, my name being shouted by different voices, heavy throaty noise in my ear when i was asleep by far not even the worst. I was depressed, angry, lashing out at everyone i felt tired all the time but wouldn't sleep at night so I could 'protect' myself and the main thing anyone reading this if this is you get reiki!! I always had a heavy feeling in my chest like a weight pulling me down like actually made me lose my balance a few times. Anyway he was haunting me, then attached on to me and came and went as pleased feeding off me, influencing my choices. The woman removed from me and my life has been SO much better. With or without ghosties on or around you if you've ever been through something go get reiki i cannot say it enough!
I used to experience terrible sleep paralysis as a teenager when going through a traumatic time. It still happens now if I’m stressed or not handling things well, but not as often. If it ever happens again, focus hard on wiggling your fingers and toes (sounds stupid but it works!) and it helps break you out of it! X
I've had loads of different stuff happen to me. Like, there was a time when I was home alone, late at night, just like... reading in my room, my parents had gone to a party, they were gonna get drunk, they already told me that they wouldn't be back until early in the morning, and it was like midnight. All of a sudden, I heard the living room door from downstairs (I had left it open for my cats to go in there), slam shut, the loudest slam, even my cat who was sleeping on my bed with me heard it. And, I heard footsteps coming up the staircase, but it wasn't really like... running, it sounded more like slow-pacing walking, and, I had asked my parents to lock the front door, and I had shut the back door because we don't let our cats out at night, and all of the windows were closed, 'cause I didn't like having any windows open when I was home alone at night, or even when I'm home alone in general, 'cause I was scared someone would break in. The footsteps sounded like they were getting closer, and a breeze came into my room, and my cat, stood up, and hissed at something in the doorway. I couldn't see anything, and my cat just tensed, arched her back, and gave the LOUDEST hiss to something in my doorway, and then I heard the footsteps that I heard a few seconds earlier just fade away, like someone was walking away. This was like... October time, 2019, because it was just before the Pandemic, and it was a Halloween party my parents were going too.
There have also been other incidents where I would be asleep, it would be... 3AM at night, always 3AM. And, I would hear footsteps, like... running, from my attic, right above my bedroom. I could hear boxes being moved, and there was one time, near Christmas time last year, that I heard something fall, and the sounds of lots of smashing glass. And I would ask my parents in the morning, "Did you hear it?" and they would just be like "No. Sorry, but no." But what's even weirder, is that Dad went up into the attic to get the Christmas decorations, a few days later after I had heard the glass smashing up there, and I was standing in the hallway, helping him bring stuff down, and I just heard him say "Shit." And, I said "What's wrong?" and he said "All of the baubles are smashed, I'm gonna have to go to the shop and get some more." (The only things we had brought down so far was the tinsel.) So, that was spooky.

So happy your back to posting again, missed your beautiful face! But ya this stuff can be so scary, I grew up with weird stuff like this happening all my life. I always thought it was normal till I told my friends about it and they were like ummm no that doesn’t happen to me. I’ve learned to cope with it but there have been moments where I was terrified and I didn’t know what to do. I’m so happy your safe though and I’m sending you positive and protective energy🧡
We have the same little things happen in our house, things going missing and turning back up weeks later, running up and down the stairs, bangs, doors opening and closing, footsteps and taps turning on when I’m home alone. All this started after my grandad passed so we aren’t scared of it, it’s nice in a sense that he’s here with us.
I literally have had that paralyzed feeling in your sleep thing happen to me and it is terrifying. I remember when I was actually able to move leaping out of my bed terrified to lay back down again. There’s nothing worse than being in your bed alone, being unable to move and having that fear of knowing and feeling you are definitely not alone. 😢

My family home has “spirits” (it belonged to a vicarage) but everyone in my house feels safe we never feel in danger or that we shouldn’t be there, there’s been so so many things that have happened like us seeing things, hearing things, I had something rattling my door handle like something was trying to get in, lights randomly turning on but we all say it doesn’t feel like a bad spirit. We’re not scared to live there xxx

Me & my Mum always felt a presence in our house, loads of weird things happened that couldn’t be explained 😩 It was so scary especially at night I always felt like someone was in my bedroom watching me. We found a wonderful gifted lady to come & do a house cleanse & we wernt wrong there was a spirit in the spare bedroom. The spirit wasn’t bad or negative but she said they can feed of your fear, and it definitely effects your energy!!
She managed to get rid of the spirit but told us we have a portal in our home we’re the spirits can enter, house feels totally different now 😃✨
Your not alone. I have MANY paranormal experiences; including sleep paralysis. When you told us about having no energy, I knew why. The dark energy was sucking up your energy. I know that for a fact. I've had encounters all my life with ghosts and evil spirits. When they feed of your energy they become stronger and leave u weaker. Almost sounds unreal, like a vampire thing, doesn't it? But really, I will share one experience with u. I lived by myself in a one bedroom apartment and dozed off in my bedroom. Not too long after I fell asleep, I opened my eyes but couldn't move. I could see my room (nightlight), but couldn't move. I all of a sudden heard a bunch of people running around my bed. But they were little people. Like they were holding me down. I couldn't scream or move. I had no energy. The longer it took me to bust out of the trance, the more weaker I became. I've had many experiences that are way more sinister than that. I've seen ghosts, demons, phantoms, etc. It's ALL REAL. It's the spiritual veil that separates all of us. People have told me that it's a gift, but I feel it's a curse at times. Even in my waking hours, I'm able to feel the energy. I have to end it at that. Thanks for sharing.

When I was younger our family home was soo haunted. It was built on a war zone back in the day, the things we experienced were crazy , doors would lock on there own, we would see smoke in the air and hear a ticking of a clock every day in our ears really loud

Yes girl, the house I live in is only 40 years old but a woman died here, then her husband died in the yard a few months later cutting grass. Small things of mine are constantly missing and then reappear where I know I’ve already looked. My father-in-law recently moved into my master bedroom so I could take care of him and he yelled for me because he heard like nails on a chalkboard inside of the wall but every time I would come it wouldn’t do it and then I would leave and he would say it would do it again. And my dog constantly senses something in the yard especially at night he just definitely knows that there’s something there yet there’s no one there.I acknowledge it and actually talk to whoever is there so I do not feel afraid of it or anything. I will even joke about how the ghost took something of mine again.Not relevant to the house but I am 54 years old and in my lifetime I’ve had six pass boyfriends that have passed away so I have always felt a lot of spirits around me.
I really don’t think you should talk to it because negative energies/entities can come through stronger especially if you acknowledge it and talk to it. It will take that as your welcoming it in, please get sage and crystals, try cleanse your house.

Holly...have experienced many paranormal experiences in our 120 year old house to the point where one of the priests from All Saints agreed to come here with his assistant to conduct a room by room cleansing with holy water and reciting a passage from St Paul from the Bible.
Seems to have worked...prior to this, we were experiencing the most bizarre happenings...
1.Vacuum cleaner moving of its own accord in broad daylight down the hallway and smashing a picture of Jesus which I had removed to paint behind.
2. Loud bang in the dining room late one evening...went in there to discover a heavy brass light fitting had been ripped off the wall and been thrown across the room...it was not connected to any power source, just for show.
3. My wife, Nicole, went up to the third floor to try and find something...rarely go there, but she came sreaming down the stairs as she had just seen an elderly gentleman in Edwardian clothes sat in a chair...when she turned round, he had gone...spookey or what!
4. Frequent calling at any time of day or night...weird noises calling my and Nicole's names...sometimes wakes up or little dog, Bobby!

Girl that sounds creepy as shit !! It sounds very similar to the house I lived in upstate NY . I think its 10 ghosts in there. My aunt a picture of asian Buddha and hung it high on the wall. It randomly fell to the ground and broke in pieces . The nails were still intact on the wall. We also heard our names being called at all times. It mimicked our voices It also mimic the dogs whining . I was a little girl back then 10 years old. It mimic the dog barking in the living room . I wnwt out to check and there is no dog. Dogs was downstairs. It kept doing it non stop until I ignored it. It mess with me when I came home from school alone.
The house I grew up in had 7 different spirits in it! But I never had bad experiences being around them! It wasn’t till my mum and moved out and my cousin stayed there alone that shit hit the fan for him. Windows opening and closes, he would slide all the windows down ( in my old room ) and he would hear them open, he would walk back in and all the windows were open! His friends wouldn’t even stay over!

There was a house we used to live in. I mean, my parents, I and mah sister. And one day, my sister and my mom had gone out for shopping and my dad was out of city, for his work. I was home alone. Few minutes, I talked with my friend in the phone and hung up. Then I picked up my book and started to read. I was front of my kitchen. My surroundings were all silent and suddenly, I heard a large BUMP inside my kitchen. I saw something black running in to other corner of my kitchen. It was not an animal because I could see my windows and doors were all closed, in the kitchen. I didn't have courage to check in and hence, Just sat there , frozen like an idiot😂
Once my mom and my sister got back in my home, I burst out crying and told them all what happened.
My sister was like: Gosh. I have experienced something as well. She said, "late at night, I was scrolling through My phone and my lights were all on. I suddenly heard you (she meant 𝒎𝒆) clearly whispering into my ear, "SUNO NA!' (It means listen). I flinched and noticed the door was closed and you were peacefully sleeping in another room (my room was a bit far)
We moved to another house for a reason. And ages later, house owner told us that someone had suicided in that house before we moved in to the house.
I had one experience with sleep paralysis a few years ago when I quit taking a medication cold turkey. I opened my eyes and could see my husband next to me but I couldn’t move anything. There was this heavy pressure on my chest and I couldn’t get a breath. Tried to scream out to wake him but nothing came out. Just when I felt like I was about to die, I felt my scream come out and my husband jumped up and turned the light on and I was hysterical. I bet I stayed up hrs after that. I was petrified to close my eyes!!
It’s 8.30 in the morning in Australia and I have freaked myself out watching this 😂😂
Oh my god, I’ve experienced sleep paralysis four times in my life and I know exactly how you feel, it’s just a feeling of doom and my worst one was when I was paralysed, stuck to the bed and I could do nothing to save myself but I could see a horrific woman suspended over me 🙁, I will never forget it as long as I live. It happened to me after I did night duty.
That's what's happening to me currently at this house and I keep telling my husband something here is draining me but I've never seen anything, I have felt something right behind me a couple of times though.

My father was alone in our old house one night while my mother and I were visiting my grandparents. At around 2am, he heard what sounded like someone stomping up and down the stairs with their feet or a cane. He flipped out and called his fire fighter friend up the block to come check it out. He got there and the sound stopped. Firefighter friend said it was probably “the pipes” to the house settling. But that sound was never heard in our house the entire 10 years we all lived there. We had other things happen, but nothing audible like this. And my dad was a 6 foot bartender who wasn’t scared easily. He called my mother crying that night.

I experienced paranormal activity when I was moving to a 6th floor council flat in London, it was all on 1 floor two rooms living ect, anyway I started painting the living room as I stood painting a door clicks open so I carried on painting as I believed it may have just open, so 30 mins later I went to examine this storage room door to realise in order for that door to open the latch needs to be twisted i was truly lost in how it happened, so I continued to decorate. 1 evening I was tiling the toilet floor, I noticed my hairs were being touched as I felt static it was horrible I just had to get out , one other time bedroom door slammed shut , I thought window was open I checked it wasn't, so I went down the letters to see a letter containing a giro payment for bereavement, I then realised someone died in this flat , so I went next door to meet my neighbour first time , I asked him straight who lived here before me he gave me a smile and said the previous person a European family they had a son who hanged himself outside the door , it all made sense to me , the evil that accupied the person was still within the flat jinns demons , devil's , an entire army of unseen to human eyes, so I then recited Quran verses and nothing happened ever since. However 2 years later one evening around 8oclck I was stood in the kitchen as I turned my head to look to see my daughter walking into my bedroom so I thought why is she walked into the room alone and its dark , so I walked pass the the living were family were having a chat , straight pass as I got into the bedroom I said to my daughter why in a dark room I got no reply I switched the light to shock to realise nobody was in the room I was truly thinking to myself I'm I seeing things , it was a in a form of a little girl walked into my bedroom It gave me the chills , jinns can resemble as human and as animals , I left that flat after a few years.

Hi. I have experienced things in my flat and even my daughter when she was little.She was always scared to go to sleep.She would tell me there is people on her bed.Even when she was lot younger round 1 year old she would always wake up between 1am to 3am crying she can see something keep looking around her self. I would be holding her tight to make her feel safe.It was so scary. I then started to notice a weird smell in the hallway like something died in her. I kept saying I can smell death in here.Two year ago I was in my bedroom watching Tv and on the floor I had a Primark paper bag that was empty. I just looked over at that bag and it moved and I noticed a small shadow moving away from the bag leaving my bedroom.My instant response was “oh I’m not gonna get no sleep tonight that is just grate” I didn’t get a good sleep. I was standing over my bed feeling scared,shouting it felt so real. I definitely believe.

I used to live in a 100+ year old house with my grandparents, it was three stories and all the bedrooms were on the second floor. The third floor had empty rooms used for storage. Many nights I would hear footsteps on my ceiling and the chandelier would sway. It was terrifying and I’d lay silently still in bed. They also had a Rottweiler that would be very agitated at night on the landing outside the bedrooms.

Stuff used to get thrown around my room upstairs when I was downstairs in the house on my own I would go upstairs and find things smashed... I could hear footsteps running around when just me in the house. The tv and house alarm would go off all the time. Bathroom doors used to lock themselves from the inside ..... Safe to say I'm glad I moved house
Sis I grew up in an apartment complex built on Indian burial ground, and it was across the street from a cemetery. It wasn’t fun 😭

Naaaah this has all been happening to me the last few months too!!! Started with taps being left on, tv turning itself on, things going missing (house is completely clutter free and tidy it’s impossible to lose things), then one night I went to turn a light on and as I was turning the light on I seen this big black figure standing infront of me. Anyway I just kinda ignored it all and thought it was just me. Then last week I was up by myself at about 2am and heard something get chucked against my bedroom door, then the night after I heard something getting slid across the drawers at the end of my bed LOUD AF, so I just hid under the duvet, then 2 secs later heard the same noise even louder 😭😭😭! My boyfriend had to stay up with me and console me back to sleep, says he’s never seen anyone that terrified in his life.

My house that I grew up in had the exact same thing. Would always hear footsteps upstairs, the doorbell would ring by itself all the time (even after changing it multiple times) and bare other weird stuff. My dad’s partner saged the house and went around telling it to leave and from the day we never heard it again😅
we have had some strange thing happen in our house, i still live with my parents. We have a cute little pottery rabbit in our living room and it moves. my grandads picture landed on its face even though it was in thick steady frame. and my boyfriend (we have been together 6 years now) but when we first got together, he was only aloud to sleep on the sofa for a while, and he woke up in the middle of the night and saw 3 men in the corner of the room with RED eyes and was so scared to sleep alone. last week we heard creaking floor boards in my old room as id moved into my brothers old one and i had a "glam" sign on my door thats been stuck on there for years! and it fell off, the same night we heard the creaking floor boards.
and listening to you saying you felt paralysed, i about 6 years ago, my mum and dad called 111 and i had a paramedic out because i was in bed and i couldn't breathe , it felt like someone was on top of me there was nothing wrong with me once i was checked over as i was only 15 at the time and have no medical problems to feel this way ( nearly 22 now ) its now made me thing , is this what i was experiencing ?!
another family story , my mum used to live in a house where sadly a little boy drowned in the back garden.
all sorts of things used to happen but my mum heard a voice calling "mum" and my mum thought it was her sister. My nan turned round to my mum and said did you call me? mum said no
they heard the "mum" again and my nan turned round to my mums sister and said "sharon, what's the matter ? " and she goes "i didn't call you, i thought it was wendy" which is my mum.

I got sleep paralysis so much when I was in high school! I used to think it was a bad dream until I googled it and figured out it was a spirit I would see and sit on my chest 😭😭😭 it says for you to pray and to yell at it to go away and it works! After I started praying it never happened again

I have Night terrors and sleep paralysis and I’m prescribed to a medication that stops you from having dreams. And ever since I started that medication deck on wood I haven’t had sleep paralysis. That is the scariest thing ever. I would also see a shadow person at the edge of my bed coming towards me. So crazy.
What I advise you to do is don’t watch movies or shows about the devil or demons cuz even tho there just movies and shows your inviting bad energy into your house or where ever you live

so glad you're ok im muslim and we believe in the unseen (Jinns ie: spirits) it can really be an awful thing! i believe lauren feeling someone was watching her because as crazy as it sounds they can develop some sort of 'lust' with women. Also not to slander the deceased man perhaps he was someone who practiced witchcraft? if he had family who believed in God, they tend to stay away as it can be a generational curse ;
whatever you do , don't revisit and do any sort of readings etc there it can really disrupt peace and get ugly! You minded your business which made you appear fearless = left you alone whilst making you know of its presence. it perhaps grew to let you have own space as you respected its existence. it might have been a good thing you lived alone, did you and lauren ever argue a lot there? it can be common for couples to argue and split up too as the saying "I don't know what came over me"
Jinns and spirits are two different things. Islam doesn’t believe in spirits, the definition of a spirit is totally different.

When you talked about the attic door, that creeped me out!, Oh, when me and my husband moved in to our first apt., It was an old furnished second floor apt, we were on the couch watching TV and I had a soda on the table in front of us, all of a sudden the soda can starts moving slowly across the table, I was like wtf and asked my husband if he had seen it and he said yes, I saw it. Scared the crap outta me.

On my vacation in LA 2021 I was in the hotel and I was sleeping then I heard footsteps from my bathroom and the shower turns on..And I check then come back and my bed is a complete mess when I spent like 35 minutes organizing it then in my dream I was in the same hotel room and a ghost is in the corner of the room and it’s like a girl with hair up young maybe 20s 16 17 18 19 around there and I wake up for a split second I see the same girl on the edge of my bed
I experienced this also i was living in a house for 13 years , the most 2 scary things I experienced first was when i was 6 years old at midnight a woke up i want some water i go to get some water and i saw a scary woman standing in living room and asking me come to her and I started screaming my mom came i told her who is that scary woman she said go to sleep there is no one here after 20 years i told my mom do you remember when i was a child saw scary woman and I started laughing my mom told me I SAW HER BUT I LIED TO YOU SO YOU DON’T BE SCARED!!!! second one i was studying alone in a room i took a selfie after a month maybe i was deleting the pictures that I don’t like so i saw that selfie while I studding a saw a scary man behind me and I swear i was alone in that room 😭😭😭😭
