Well i prefer using fresh coconut foam milk that i get out of the coconut because it's thick from the consistency. . I haven't used coconut milk for the toffee before. You can try it though
I used the foam collected from the surface and added it to the melted sugar to make the toffee. Coconut water in the bowl is too watery and you can't use it. The foam on the surface is thicker and that's the coconut milk.
I don't know if this question is meant for ghis video because I didn't use any milk or condensed milk in this video. I blended some coconut and used it's milk to make the toffee.
You have to stir the mixture till it gets thick. It takes a while for the consistency to get thick. Then pour the mixture on a chopping board to cool off for a while (5 minutes). Continue to stir the mixture. When it cools off the consistency gets thicker. Then you form it into small balls or form it how you want it.
@@hidietitian6650 was it too hard or watery? If it was too hard. After getting the thicker consistency, let it cool off for 2-3minutes, then the consistency will be semi hard and then form the pieces. Also use a spoon to scoop the content and use your hand to form it.

Can we substitute the sugar for any other natural sweetener
I only know of using sugar. I haven't tried other natural sweetner.
Plus should I wait till it's extremely hard before I pour it out?
Your work is nice
No, if it gets thick, then pour it out. If you let it get hard, it will be difficult to cut them into pieces.
Thanks you so much 😘
you are welcome☺

No, i have never heard of one.

Must i use.sugare????
Yes, without the sugar you can make the toffee. The melted sugar made the coconut toffee hard.
