You can just pull it with a finger or any tool. Another option is to put it facedown. But I think that would be a mess, since it’s melted. Anyway, In my opinion, the idea here is to leave the ice cream inside that cup and eat it entirely (the whole amount) and then just pull it with a finger, a spoon, some tweezers or any other tool and throw it away. Maybe you can also freeze it back again (even though is not good to freeze things that were frozen and have been unfrozen) inside the plastic cup. And just eat it later. It’s similar to an ice cube tray, so I don’t think there’s any problem with freezing plastic 🤗
