You are so good at makeup! You're a dead ringer for Clara (and pretty much everyone you feature in this series). Please do Jackie Kennedy at some point.
+wegergqegethzth this is SO true! Every time I watch a new episode, I'm convinced that Lucy looks the best in that new look, but after thinking this each time, I've come to to conclusion that she just looks great in everything!
I'd love to see you do Bettie Page. I know you've done faux bangs before and it would be so cool if you could replicate hers! Or Billie Holiday's look with the flowers in her hair :)
In so excited about this- what a flawless video. I've felt for a long thine that Clara Bow would be a perfect beauty beacon for you. (also, I screamed when I saw my comment in the video) 💕
WOW you nailed it! You look exactly like her! I had to take another look at the end of this video, dang you did a fabulous job you look just like the actresses of that era. GREAT JOB!!! This one so far my favorite one you've done!!!
Looovely! I adore your videos :) How about Twiggy? Or even better La Goulue? She was one of the most famous cancan dancers and I am actually related to her haha! I'd love to see an episode on her :)
I'm in awe of how this came out ♥ I also think another really unique one to do would be Theda Bara, she has such a distinct intense makeup and hair look and she was one of the original sex symbols of silent films :)
When the video started I was like "Wait, where are her eyebrows? What did she do with them?" and I actually thought you had plucked them out in a wave of extreme commitment to historical accuracy! :D
So not Zelda Fitzgerald after all ! ^^ That's definitely your best eyebrow concealing so far. The look actually ends up rather flattering, even though the eyebrows are absolutely terrifying...
At first I thought you got rid of your natural eyebrows LITERALLY. Then I was like, phew, she has just "hidden" them 😅😂 Amazing as always , by the way 😍😍
Absolutely STUNNING. You reaaallly look like her :D What curling iron do you use? I'm really in need of a cheap, good curling iron. I can't seem to get the hang of rollers very well and I don't have a good curling iron.. what do you use? Thanks so much for this. You really do pull off every look.
please do jean harlow !!!!! or bebe daniels, i love their hair but i'm struggling at getting it how they have it )~: love this, love clara- thank U 💫🌙💛
i love it . can i ask for WHITNEY HOUSTON makeup tutorial from her movie ' The Body Guard' ? i want the look that she wear as her everyday makeup in the movie.
Really nice work on those eyebrows! How about doing some 60-70 beauties like Sharon Tate/Diana Rigg/Natalie Wood or Farrah Fawcett/Bo Derek/Britt Ekland
Very interesting because with those lower, finer eyebrows it gives you more forehead and makes you look more doll-like, or child-like. So, that being said, this is one way to look younger and goes against make-up trends for higher eyebrows that probably, in fact, do the reverse. Especially with the rosebud lips and pale foundation, this is the case.
My natural eyebrow shape was the slanted down sad look and sparse at that. I hated it. I ended up plucking the downward hairs and ended up with a few hairs going upward stopping short of an arch and nothing else. I had to pencil in where it was sparse and where an arch should have been and the rest going down where hair didn't grow. I have had to do that ever since I was 16. My mother always had to pencil in her eyebrows. It was a few years ago that I saw a picture of her as a child and she had the same slanted downward sad eyebrows and sparse. So I inherited it from her. I think of John Kerry's eyebrows how they slant downward and sad. His eyebrows are thick whereas mine were very sparse. I was 16 in 1973 and I wanted my eyebrows to look like Cher's. I tried to do my makeup like hers. Over the decades I see how I penciled them differently. In my early 20s I penciled them thin and high up like McDonald's arches. It looks strange to me. My mother penciled hers on thick and shaped like Elizabeth Taylor's probably because when my mother was young, Elizabeth Taylor was quite popular in movies.
Omg you look so much like her lol! You can pull off any look like nothing, amazing!
OMGGGG you look exactly like Clara Bow!!!!! I love how you made this tutorial ACCURATE!!!! Including the sexy sultry brows
You are so good at makeup! You're a dead ringer for Clara (and pretty much everyone you feature in this series). Please do Jackie Kennedy at some point.
It´s just epic how you can pull of EVERY look!!! :D Amazing job!! :)
+wegergqegethzth this is SO true! Every time I watch a new episode, I'm convinced that Lucy looks the best in that new look, but after thinking this each time, I've come to to conclusion that she just looks great in everything!
so happy I found this! so many 'flapper' tutorials are just smoky eyes and slightly thinner eyebrows but this is exactly what I've been looking for.
Holy moly she could be Clara Bow reincarnated!
When I clicked your video on I thought I was looking at Clara, You are a perfect double of the great Clara Bow.
These eyebrows surprisingly suit you so much!
just beautiful as was Clara Bow.
(also, I screamed when I saw my comment in the video) 💕
that eyebrows :O wow :D ,you did a great work :)
Wow, this has to be one of your best transformations so far! If I didn't know it was one of your videos, I wouldn't have recognized you at all XD
Pleaseeee please please do Jean Harlow. She's classic and gorgeous, and I feel like she forgotten.
+Sarah Baker Yes Jean Harlow
+Danielle Leon For that to be truly successful I think she has to actually bleach her hair blonde! That's what Jean Harlow is really known for.
+Marvin Lee I know, but she's done blonde haired beacons before and they still turned out great.
+Marvin Lee why cant she just dedicate 2-6 months of her life and knock out blonde beauty beacons by bleaching her hair.
Jackie Kennedy and Queen Elizabeth 1 & 2! :D Awesome work by the way! Love this series! :)
Can you please please please do Mary pickford ? Shes such a icon and her hair was a huge part of her image.
+Sam N I was going to say Lillian Gish, but Mary Pickford was similar. This would be great.
+Anne B. She already did lillian gish.
+Sam N Really? I'll have to go look. I wasn't subscribed for a while so I must've missed it. Thanks for letting me know!

I used to think that no one could look good in this look today, but it's really flattering on you, I'm amused
When the video started I was like "Wait, where are her eyebrows? What did she do with them?" and I actually thought you had plucked them out in a wave of extreme commitment to historical accuracy! :D
You're so cute >
So not Zelda Fitzgerald after all ! ^^ That's definitely your best eyebrow concealing so far. The look actually ends up rather flattering, even though the eyebrows are absolutely terrifying...

I love you provide historic details.
This looks SO PERFECT on you! It's a good thing I can't pull off this look -- I would end up shaving off my eyebrows so I could do it everyday!
Loving this series! My suggestions would be Dolley Madison, Doris Day and I'm not sure if it would be much of a video but Mona Lisa?
I have loved Clara since I saw "IT" at 14. what an amazing woman who had a nightmare family.
At first I thought you got rid of your natural eyebrows LITERALLY. Then I was like, phew, she has just "hidden" them 😅😂
Amazing as always , by the way 😍😍
Please do EDIE SEDGEWICK

Absolutely STUNNING. You reaaallly look like her :D What curling iron do you use? I'm really in need of a cheap, good curling iron. I can't seem to get the hang of rollers very well and I don't have a good curling iron.. what do you use?

I would like to see Louise Brooks if she hasn't been mentioned yet. :-) She's the flapper girl with the Black Helmet look.
Wow I love this look 😍😍

Awesome! I really enjoy this series! How about another modern gal? Brooke Shields c. 1981? :-)
Amazing!!
Please do Lucille Ball!

Do Louise Brooks of Pandora's Box, great movie by the way!!!
You should do Mary Queen of Scots
Oh my god! You look just like her!
wow!
Bellissima,ti suggerirei di adottare perennemente il look alla Clara Bow per la vita di tutti i giorni,ti dona fascino e grande personalità.
Those eyebrows will haunt me in my nightmares!
I would absolutely love to see Ada Lovelace in one of these videos :)
+Loepsie Zou je iets met de schoonheid van Carice van Houten kunnen? Gewoon even een Nederlandse beauty icoon. :)
What is the name of the curling iron you used?
Hey do u care if I post this to Instagram? I’m making a flapper guide account and posting the video I based my videos from.
These eyebrows look so much better than the bushy crap i see today.
Josephine Baker! She was amazing!
you look like her!!
Clara bow didn’t deserve what happened to her in the end 😢
You should do Bonnie Parker!
Lucy: the only woman in the world who can wear the scary 1920s eyebrows and still look beautiful.
i would love if you could do more women of colour!
I'm well aware that these brows were meant to be especially expressive on screen in the silent films, but they're still terrifying.
you're gorgeous im lovin all your videos
You ARE her 😭😭😭
