- This one is definitely my biggest chocolate creation ever! 🦒
With a height of 8.3ft and a weight of 160lbs, it took me 7 days and had me come up with some new techniques in order to achieve this final result.
Hard to believe you can create so much only using 100% chocolate!

Absolutely amazing how you are mailing the 3D shapes every time and figuring out the best order of starting point shapes, assembly, sculpturing and spray painting.

I am wondering, is he doing any strength calculations for his creations? It hardly seems possible otherwise.
He specifically pointed out in that show, that his works are just chocolate, no tricks, no wire, no foam.
It blows my mind how a huge piece like this stands on its own and doesn't crumble. These chocolate masterpieces are works of art in many ways. Making the chocolate, sculpting and painting, and a bit of applied science. Amazing.

Amazing sculpture! And I just have to get this off my chest. The chocolate competition on Netflix is so refreshing. And here is why. The participants are not send home every episode. Love that! Challenges are not to be executed in a hopeless little amount of time. We get to see good results because of this. And finally when a contestant is in trouble...THEY GET A WORD OF ADVICE. I love that. I truly don't like when judges talk amongst each other and just let contestants fuck it up! I would look forward to another season! Thank you!
