- I've been bad. It's def been over a month since I posted a Mac + cheese vid. Therefore we're goin all out today with some extra cheesy, extra creamy, truffle-y deliciousness. My friend Jamie and I made this together one night and it came out so well. Truffle-y, but not overly truffle-y with the addition of one of my fav secret ingredients, nutmeg. Recipe link below! From my experience every time I thought I had too much cheese sauce before adding the noodles I always end up feeling like it would have been perfect if I just left it in. I noticed that with yours it looked like you definitely could’ve used all of the sauce and I’d even personally put some truffle cheese on top and flash broil it for that extra cheesiness!!

Alright, I finally made this mac and cheese since it looked so good. I only used fontina cheese because it was all I could afford but it was still pretty good and creamy, definitely better than the boxed mac n cheese. However, it’s very heavy. I could never eat from the pan like I imagined I would do. I think it tastes best with some paprika sprinkled on top rather than nutmeg imo.
AMAZING as usual!!! Ideas for future mukbangs: 1) Mac and cheese shells with Ghiradelli chocolate chips (melting) 2) Thai Peanut butter chicken wraps 3) Scrambled eggs with cherry tomatoes 4) Lindt chocolate truffles on top of grilled sweet potato with sides of grilled salmon 5) Nachos with Harvest Cheddar SunChips

I must say one thing my darling, despite being an incredible cook with very delicious dishes, I can barley hear your eating sounds. As much as I love the theme of your channel being a cooking/food diaries concept, eating show’s are very much about the sounds as well. Compared to many other eating channels, the sound quality of your content is not great. You can also pick up on the room noise quite intensely which demonstrates that the speakers have low background noise cancellation which can be uncomfortable for the viewer. Considering the growth of your channel already, I would make these minor adjustments & you’ll see positive changes to your growth. Much luv keep it up x
