Sir but this scheme is biased, I am enrolled with BCD but residing in NCR , there is the condition in this scheme that advocate should also have electoral card of Delhi but I have the electoral card of Haryana , So I can’t apply and if this scheme will provided by the Haryana CM then I am not enrolled in Punjab & Haryana Bar council , It means I could not get the benefit , neither from Delhi nor from Haryana , however I am also paying GST and all other central and state governments taxes .... BCD should not accept this scheme which create partiality in between its own registered advocates , CM plays this game only for his votes but all the advocates are equal in the eyes of the BCD. BCD should have to clearly mention to the CM that either he should provide the scheme for all the BCD registered advocates otherwise it will not accept this scheme , Delhi is the National Capital for all Indian Citizens , this is highly disappointed

Friends, I would suggest we should file PIL in Delhi high court regarding the same. The only thing you require is to make a group of advocates facing the same problem.
