Terminal 21 Pattaya offers cheap food where Pattaya also has vineyards selling wine and Italian food.
Now the walking street has all the communication cables underground and all the advertising signs have been renovated. It looks much more beautiful.
i wouldn't have thought that i would like pattaya, but your experience there makes me want to give it another look 👍

Pattaya is the world's friendliest city.
After the 2012 Chinese comedy film "Lost In Thailand' became a blockbuster in China, the number of Chinese tourists to Thailand began to explode. Went up almost 70% in one year. So, fingers crossed for the success of this new one. Great & unexpected update from the world's biggest 7-11. Thank you! Thai people pronounce "Pattaya" as PAT-ta-ya with the stress fallen on the first syllable :-)

Hi Zane! PATTAYA is pronounced PAH-TAH-YAH. It’s the foreign tourists who mispronounce it as PAH-TIE-YAH. I was in Pattaya last early May. I also skipped Walking Street. I’ve been there on past trips and it isn’t my scene!
Beautiful beach there. When I was there I fell asleep on the beach. I had a lot of blisters on my legs for a few weeks. LOL

Having eaten in the Sailor bar I can say it is great value, though has a slight German style about it Pattaya is a great place to visit
I watched this whole video just to see how Pattaya has changed. I miss it... now there's a taco bell! xD I hope you go to Ko Larn I hope its still a 30 baht boat ride... I wanna see what else has changed.

Plenty of coffee there-in fact the best are the weed cafes & no need to smoke weed but they do coffee,tea & food too..

The footpath that is seen as that because it is being built by demolishing the old footpath and made a new footpath, but not finished yet The good area is Jomtien Beach. to have both foreigners and westerners and Asian live together a lot
And Koh Larn island is White sand beach and turquoise sea.😊
I heard that the world's largest 7-11 is in Pattaya, Thailand

The beaches on koh-larn Island are 10x better & only costs about 40baht each way on the ferry 😅-you should have gotten a soapy 🧼 massage-trust me 😅.I cut my foot on broken glass at the main beach so don't swim there!!-much better bars away from walking street in places like soi pothole & soi bacau with live music & quiet bars or bar-girl bars & heaps of different resturants & street food...

Pattaya is cheaper than bangkok in general & the air is a lot fresher especially by the sea-in bangkok i felt like a pack a day smoker...😶🌫️
The correct way to pronounce Pattya is placing the accent on the last syllable: pat-tie-YAH.

Sorry no 7 11 no coffee what a joke real good for the tourist to see this . There are plenty of other places to go especially 7 11 on every block
Jomtien is definitely for me. Less noise and congestion. Also I don't like bars or clubs or girls or alcohol.

How do you like all the massage lady's yelling at you to get a massage when you're just trying to walk down the street and sight see.
It would be very traumatizing to walk down Soi 6, just looking for souvenirs, and have these women yelling at me, wanting to get biblical.
If you have to walk just walk and show the city we don't need to see your face all the way .
