Finally, caught up with video brother…… I think it’s a great airbrush!!!!! I heard the Swallow Tail trigger style is excellent too & not expensive either. I may consider that one for a Christmas gift…. Thanks Jus as always!!!!

If I were going to buy something from them I’d for sure click on your affiliate link. I’m a pistol grip guy myself (used to them from work) and have their 60 dollar pistol grip one and it’s become my workhorse just for what you’ve mentioned. Consistency. I always know what I’m going to get. Great review Justin

Thanks Kyle. I've been liking it so far. That Iwata itch is still in the back of my head though. Curious if it lives up to all the hype. This one has been doing good though. You'll see the BAC Mono build next week. Everything was sprayed from primer to clear with the Mobius.

@@JHartModelworks i completely understand. Have heard nothing but good things about the higher end Iwata stuff. I agree with what you said about slightly sloppy machining too. I also have a GSI Creos Procon boy and the fit and finish on it is definitely a step or two above my Gaahleri, but it should be. It costs more. I can’t imagine there is a better line of entry level brushes out there though. Great value for the money. Look forward to seeing the BAC Mono.

Nice Review Justin. I'll be honest...I picked up the GHAD-39 and I was not impressed. However, I love that Gaaherli is all about promo'ing with content creators honestly, thats super cool of them. So far nothing has topped my Iwata Eclipse HP-C. I know the Ghad 39 is super super cheap so I understood what I was getting into but it sticks constantly on the trigger. I'll have to look into getting the Mobius

Honestly, The mobius isn't bad, especially for the money. I used it exclusively to spray the BAC Mono (Stay tuned that's coming next week). But, if you already have an eclipse. I'd stick with it. I've heard the eclipse is one of the best brushes on the market. I'm still looking at an HP-CS when I get the money as I want to see if it really is that good.

Nice review Justin. I’ve been looking at the mobius for a while now. Just need to pick between the 2 or 3. My go to brush right now is the 39. It has sprayed very well for all my daily airbrushing needs.

Unless you really use the mac valve in the front, (I have always just turned down my compressor pressur). Get the 0.3 as it's $10 cheaper. Then go to their web site and pick up the 0.2 needle, nozzle, and nozzle cap for around another $25 and essentially have both brushes.

Thanks Mark. Even with a sponsored review like this I want to be as honest as possible. Don't want to be THAT guy, ya know.

Hey buddy, so I recently bought a GAAHLERI compressor without the included airbrush. I bought the GHAD-39. So far i like it. It comes with both .35 and .5 needle. Ive only been using the .5. I want to get a separate airbrush for color only and use the GHAD-39 for primer. Should I be using a .3 and not a .5? I just started airbrushing.

You can use a 0.5 just fine. A lot of guys do, and they love them. I personally prefer a 0.3.
The larger your needle, the larger your spray pattern, so you will go through paint faster as you will be laying more down. For a body that's really not that bad. You will get better over lap, get coverage faster, and probably have less chance of forming stripes in your paint job. Most rattle cans are running at least a 1mm nozzle so even at 0.5, you get way more control and less waste than a rattle can. If you are running a 0.5 with a really hot lacquer paint like zero paints, you will want to be careful that you don't lay down too much paint too fast and cause crazing. No real biggie, just stay gentle on the trigger.
I don't just airbrush my bodies though. I airbrush pretty much everything and only uses brushes or a mechanical pencil for the smallest details. So for me, running a 0.5 over something as small as a carburetor or a steering wheel will be wasteful due to the amount of overspray on smaller parts. Also with a 0.5 I can not do as fine of detail work as I can with a 0.3.
All in all I think you will be fine with you 0.5, If you feel you need or want to try a 0.3 you can pick up the needle, nozzle, and cap for around $15 and have both at the very least to try without spending out for another full brush.
      Have a great weekend!
