In my range 961-1014(realistically 1010 is the upper limit because of merges), someone with 900M+ rating is a whale usually. Don't want them roaming around my ex trailing cute fun state. Wanna stay "weak state"

Oh oh also, any insight on how many invites are there? If I am not mistaken, before gen 6 state had 3 and gen 6+ had 5 invites
afaik, but that´s not even that much confirmed as those infos, should stay at 5 special invites
