Creating an Application Load Balancer on EC2 in AWS from scratch

I walk through how to make a Target Group of EC2 instances and associate it with an Application Load Balancer (ALB) - along with the appropriate Security Group rules - to create a DNS where end users can be redirected to an EC2 instance for our test web server.
