I want to play ranked so bad but everytime I go on a mini winning streak i run into the God of knees and elbows. It's funny because as soon as they realize i'm out striking them, they start with that bs man. Only time i get pissed at UFC.
Yea, the trouble elbows when they're rocked is common as well.
If they're spamming it...you can just retreat a lot and let their stamina drain quickly.
A straight counters the knee and a pull counter deals with the elbow.
Just keep them at range
One of the best tricks I've learnt and save for emergencies (knee and elbow spammers):
If an opponent misses a rear knee, their body had high vulnerability to damage. The best counter to someone knee spamming is unironically a well timed counter knee.
They will stop real quick when you rock them with ONE knee.

@@swagoneto7922 I think a big, really easy fix is to make Knees and elbows a single move, like front kicks to the face. That way they dont combo with elbows, and there is a little more vulnerability when you throw them.
Takes no time at all, and suddenly knee and elbow spam is a lot harder. But EA sucks

That 2nd fight end of first round just proves this guy doesn’t care about his #1 spot. He just lays on top of pry for 30 sec n doesn’t even attempt to stand to get a knockdown. He was down a knockdown in that 1st round so that’s crazy he clearly didn’t even try to win that 1st round at all. If that was me I would stand up n go out tryin instead of giving up like that. That’s sad, this #1 guy doesn’t deserve any respect put on his name n is ok with that. I'm level 17 and only do stand and bang because I got a family and work 50 hrs a week.. and I love striking and don't really have time to learn the ground game... this dude would straight up lose to me badly in a stand and bang.. omg🤣🤣🤣 I beat High level and experience players an when I'm on point I get message all the time saying for a level 17 my striking is on point and I always keep them guessing... or pure hate because they lose to a low level.. I know level don't me nothing besides time played..

If you think this is bad.... in Mortal Kombat 10 the game would give both players a win if either player got disconnected from the game, so you had people pulling their network cable every time they were about to lose. There were guys on the leaderboard with records of 700-0 because of this.

Once i found out they made the punch button part of the clinch in UFC 4 on my ps4 sys i didnt even bother to play the ergonomics doesnt even make sense like ufc 3
I tried to get good at this game, but i gave up. now i am just watching the pros.
I do some jits and muay thai myself, but these transitions and reatcions using the controller, i cant get used to it.

You can the EA devs have never trained a single martial art in their entire life. Some of the combos and grappling transitions make absolutely no sense and are so unrealistic
