Both are completely different from each other and have different uses. FW La Uno Million Elixir is a clone of 1 Million Elixir, while Kayaan Gold is a clone of 1 Million Parfum. Both are great fragrances though, I'd wear Kayaan Gold in the day, and La Uno at night. 😅
