Actually the answer was 13. The phrasing suggests that it IS her birthday, and that she is currently 14, meaning it's her 14th birthday, and it's asking how old she WAS. (btw I'm not trying to sound smart or something, I'm just letting you know. It took me 3 or 4 tries to get it right 😅😅😅 sorry ;-;)
