I think the way you phrased that isn’t quite right. If you are saying that out of sight out of mind applies to real, tangible issues in the world then that is not the case. But if you are saying problems can be viewed from a different frame of mind, such as a task or situation, rather then the negative things associated with the word “problems” then that makes sense
Hmmmmmm........Let's take an example of your theorem........according to statistics there are currently 2.4 BILLION people on planet Earth now that do not have sufficient food to maintain their bodies. These are very ancient teachings, and the bible has reiterated them for us in modern times to stumble over. what a blessing it is to be alive, praise the one above all Shiva, God, Source whatever you call it, praise it.

Visualize your desire realized.
Feel your desire realized.
Thank the Universe (yourself or God) for the feelings and your desire fulfilled.

This video helped me to understand divine timing and divine synchronicity ...in the word, the Satan came to steal kill and destroy ...but the bible wasn't talking about material things, the devil can careless about that. What he's really after is our time. He wants to disrupt, steal, kill and destroy and of course separate our divine synchronicities of every blessing that has been laid up for the each of us.
All things that we believed we have lost is all due to him trying to keep our time, our purpose for ever achieving its goal in our lives ... but "the words that proceed out of my mouth shall not return to me void, but accomplish what I please, and prosper into the thing for wherever I have sent it." Finally! Well done. An affirmation should ALWAYS contain the word NOW in it. And preferably a past tense word after it, so, "I am free from Anxiety" would read "I am now freed from anxiety in all situations and relationships.' Or something similar but NOW must be in the affirmation.

Dear Universe, I am asking your help for a gentleman named Forest he’s 60 yrs of age. His house burned down last Saturday his dog wasn’t able to get out and unfortunately died. This man and his daughter lost everything and their beautiful dog. I am asking you Universe to bring this family the financial help they need to get them clothing, a warm place to live, food and the toiletries, things people need to live. Being this close to Christmas, God creator of Heaven and the Universe I ask you please help them. They are very sad they have lost their family member, their dog. Please bless them. Amen
