@pkyle146 You can only use the Advanced PET chips on a PROGRESS/Stream PET, and other Advanced/EXE4 models. The EXE4 model chips will not work on EXE6/Link PET or EXE3/Plug In PET. Nor will the EXE4 chips work on an EXE5 Chip Gate.
for chip use a quarter and tape best way do go for plugin PET only because not all the chips got released there are 7 standard chip's the plus 1 depending on what color you got (red- blade,Blue- buster) there was a yo-yo chip released in the holder the the others (king, skull, metal, korokoro, Glide) also ! chip can hold 9 other chips on it including the first 5 you on it. chips work like a level up system fun fact plug-in is the only PET with Program Advances
I have both red and blue Versions of the plug-in and i have doubles of burst,cool,spark,heart,leaf,guts, and advanced chips. easy way to get chips is a quarter and covering parts of it with duct tape i also have in my plug-in chip that have not been released or have been released with the carrier such as yo-yo (carrier), skull, king, korokoro(i call it the Metall chip), Metal, glide
@hakuthewarrior personally i like like the plug-in better then the link i have all of the pet generations plug-in and the advance would be a good buy if you want a challenge
you can use the avanced pet chips on the older pet and do you have pets or extra battle chips that you dont want becuase im looking for free one of those items please reply back thanks
