The Explorer 300 Plus is not a Lithium Ion battery. It is Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) which is a much more stable battery with less risk of overheating and fire hazard than a Lithium Ion which is found in the Explorer 300. LiFePO4 also allows many more recharging cycles than Lithium Ion and is one reason why Jackery and other manufacturers offer up to 5-year warranties on LiFePO4.
Lifepo4 is just a variation of Li-ion. But definitely good to specify. Awesome video too. Helpful for my decision. Looks like this model is the best bang for the buck with all the features
Nice tutorial thanks
Any idea how long this will stay charged up if stored away?
Where is the cigarette car charging thing?
Just got this on order for camping and using in the garden etc.
Nice video Seth. Thanks for the review.
You made a video of a large Solar Outdoor light for the yard a while back. I was wanting to get one and use it as a street light, is it still working fine, I need an update before I buy one.
Merci pour votre présentation !!!
I like how you didn’t lose your cool when it was charging at 67 WH 😂. When I first got mine it was charging at 100 Watts (battery below 30%) and I was about to pack it up and send it back until I found the info in the comments section
I Only need the 40w Panel but Jackery won´t sell it Alone.
Should charge 100w below 30% and 200w above 30%. If stored for some time, there may be a slow charge mode to bring the battery up slower.
I have recently bought jackery 300 now I'm thinking about buying 2nd 300 plus what u recommend? I use for regular weekend camping
Man I’ve wanted one of these for so long but they’re so dang expensive! Good review Seth😄
It’s 299.00 at Lowe’s until January 31. I just bought one right now. Saved 100.00
These look goood. Been eyeballing a smaller back up bank for a while now, cant really justify a big expensive one but a smaller one could be handy
Try ya a refurbished one. I bought a 300 plus for half price at $159. Great deal imo.
Can I charge this power station to a 220v AC wall outlet? Thanks
Quick charging times and long-lasting power make the Explorer 100 Plus a winner. It kept my gadgets powered up throughout a weekend camping trip. And the best part? I got it at an unbeatable price from Kolafrox🌟
Just bought this for Berly about to hit us in Texas..
You think I can hook up a cb radio to it?
Can I get a stronger solar panel?
Can this run a resmed 11 cpap?
To charge in car's 12 volt outlet use the UGREEN 130W USB C Car Charger, PD 100W +PD 30W Type C Car Charger Adapter with a USB-C charge cable.
Sorry sir, do you have the links of the products I need to charge using the car?
I’m trying but doesn’t work for me..
thanks!
@@ironm88 I posted the link yesterday but I guess TH-cam took it down. It was a link to Am--a--zon. Just go there and copy and paste ----- UGREEN 130W USB C Car Charger, PD 100W +PD 30W Type C Car Charger Adapter ,,,, Be sure and order the UGREEN 240W USB C to USB C Cable to go with it. Jackery support sent me the link and recommended it and said they had tested it. I will try to send the links again in a different post.

Mine charges at 208w using an outlet is that normal?
I think it is supposed to charge around there. I am not sure why mine did not go up that high.
I bought this battery 🔋 but I don’t know how to charge using my Car connection. Any ideas? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I can charge 300 watt with a 200 watt solar panel?
The size of the inverter does not effect the solar voltage needed to charge the battery.
wELL DONE REVIEW TKS
I bought one of these to take camping in Alaska. Love the unit, the only thing that’s counter-intuitive to me is that I have to press a button to activate the unit to charge. I had my solar panels sitting outside but the unit wasn’t charging. Then, I realized I had to press that button. As a product designer myself, I think the solar panels should activate as soon as I plug them in to the unit. Small detail.
