- Communication in Inverter AC Outdoor Unit Circuit Board. DC Inverter AC Outdoor Unit Circuit Board Course - Repair / Function / Troubleshooting - Part 4. in this video i discussed communication in inverter board of inverter air conditioner. communication is a exchange of data between indoor unit and outdoor units of dc inverter air conditioner, line neutral and earthing wire is connected to indoor and outdoor units and the fourth communication wire is used for sending serial data at a specific rate. it is basically a coded signal which is transmitted from a unit to the other unit. the receiving unit decodes the signal and implements the instructions asked by indoor unit. when any information for any failure is sent by outdoor unit, the indoor unit receives the signal and decodes it and displays on the display. of DC Inverter AC Outdoor Unit Circuit Board Course - Repair / Function / Troubleshooting - Part 3 in urdu hindi language. i discussed TNY278 switch mode power supply, it switches at 132 KHz and the high frequency transformer transfers voltages in output 12 volt, 15 volt and a LM7805 voltage regulator regulates 5 volt for microcontroller. 15 volts are used to bias ipm, intelligent power module, and 12 volts are used to apply biasing relays and UL2003 / ULN2003 IC.

DC Inverter AC Outdoor Unit Circuit Board Course Repair / Function / Troubleshooting - Part 1. in this part i discussed the components in EMI Electromagnetic Induction / RFI Radio frequency interference. it contains fuse for current protection, first stage filter for high frequency harmonics, mov metal oxide varistor for high voltage protection, surge arrester for lightening arrester. then we have PTC for positive temperature co-efficient to protect over current surges. then there is a a bypass relay to operate the circuit in normal mode. in any conditions the microcontroller turns off the bypass relay and the circuit load is transferred to PTC for more protection

Puede buscar utilizando el número de modelo de la unidad exterior (verifique la etiqueta con el número de modelo en el cuerpo). Gree solo proporciona un proceso general de resolución de problemas, pero nunca vi un diagrama de circuito detallado de la PCB.

Can you please design & share a universal circuit board having compatibility to drive most of the inverter ac compressors. with speed control potentiometer , running directly from 220 volt ac & having UVW output.

basically a standalone circuit is doable, but it will not controllable by indoor unit. it can produce just variable UVW outputs to drive compressor
@@HaseebElectronics Yes you are right. Stand-alone unit without indoor control is ok to operate the compressor directly .
This will be a good tool to check the inverter ac compressor when the original drive board is faulty.
sir i have a doubt which protocol using for communication . mcu to mcu
it is not directly MCU to MCU. it uses isolated interface using optocoupler to transmit & receive signals

Yes you can design a microcontroller to generate 3 phase drive signal
Directly turning ON To the same board requires communication signal
