without a lazer cnc or a water jet cnc you will never get absolute perfect cuts and both of those are outragous in price . You do fantastic work with a torch , don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise !!!!

Expert torch work Allen!!! Very nice!!! The slight difference in the flame cutouts you mentioned will never be noticed due to the burning flame inside always changing. Besides, with no flame is looks awesome anyway!! Great video. You make using the torch look too easy man! LOL

Mighty fine work my friend and I know the time you have in this, I've been doin this 30 years... just a suggestion on cutting your work in half, do the bottom five panels solid and only do the flames on the top 5... save warpage and embers from falling out... just a suggestion... you are a master craftsman my friend!.. hats off to you!👍🏻👍🏻

You've got some really good torch skills. I'm thinking about making a fire pit with my Everlast plasma cutter. I sure hope my plasma torch skills are as good as your torch cutting.
Hey Allen, until you get your shop built, when you need another tarp this is the best I've ever found. Had one up for 2 years in my yard, just a couple tiny holes from branches.. Looks great, Allen. One suggestion, you could lay it out so the flames from the bottom pieces continued into the top pieces. I'm sure that would be much more tedious and may jeopardize the structural integrity, just a thought. Great job!
Yeah Allen, My humble opinion: Cutting something like this by hand shows the high level of craftsmanship. CNC machines have their place in the industry, in fact a CNC Machine is one of the first things I'm going to buy for my shop. However there is something about old fashioned workmanship that is more appealing to my sensibilities. I'm just sayin'!
