Pile 1- I am in love, calm, have a lot of relax, time out, sleeping, bathing. Hiking, walks in forest. Eat healthy. Quit smoking cigarettes 6 years ago and drinking alcohol 2 years ago. Most important is that I do not watch TV 6 years and switch off radio when are news. Only listen radio for music. I am not interested in news from media. It helps to be healthy 😅

That's so awesome! I'm pile 1 & 3. Thanks for sharing, it's super encouraging. I'm getting there slowly, trying to navigate what I can still do with disabilities, how I can do things differently, and what it's an opportunity to learn about and get curious about. I'm trying to be patient with myself and understand it's a journey. I can get discouraged, but when I look back at all the growth I've done, I'm super proud of myself and grateful for all the people who have helped me along the way. A big part of my growth lies in pile 3: working with my PTSD and trauma. These are things that will never be solved or beaten, they are only things I can learn to manage and learn about. Same thing with my lifelong chronic illnesses and congenital neurological disorder, these are just now starting to get diagnosed and I'm 40 and I've been trying to advocate for myself pretty much my whole life. Having a lot of rare disorders is difficult, especially when health care is poor and lacks understanding of your rare disorders. I have a lot of trauma from the healthcare system. I've had a lot of great doctors and nurses, but I have had the system fail me time and again, and I've had some very traumatic experiences with surgeons and specialists who gave wrong procedures, gave them without anesthetic or pain meds that they were supposed to, and were gaslighting, neglectful, and hurtful. I have a distrust because of the permanent physical and emotional damage i've gone through. I think though, maybe this can be a post-traumatic growth goal. To try to make a difference to people who have experienced similar treatment. Maybe not, but it's an ultimate goal.
But yeah, I'm slowly getting there. If there's two things I am it's perseverant and kind. I've learned that I'm celiac, have chronic pernicious anemia, chronic high inflammation, mast cell activation syndrome (man many allergies to many food, cosmetics, metals, fabrics, and other environmental things), am legally blind, have agenesis of the corpus callosum, PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, fibromyalgia, PCOS, non epileptic seizures, organ, tissue, and musculoskeletal deformities causing pain, like scoliosis and patella alta, and the hard kind of duplex kidney. I leaned that I have lichen sclerosus, asthma, and chronic bronchitis. Most recently due to trying to get used to the orthotics my podiatrist mentioned and getting the type of shoe he suggested, I fell on my face and was unable to catch myself, breaking my two front teeth and fracturing my chin, and concussing me. I learn these things the hard way because I think "well they must know. I must be doing something wrong or not trying hard enough or in the right way. Or maybe something worse is wrong." But it turns out my better fitting non stability non rocker sneaker actually allowed my orthotics to work and I don't trip on myself 10 times a day like I was doing wiht the other sneakers. They may work for some people, and maybe me at some point, but defeinitely not at this point in my life. I'm glad I kept trying things and finally figured out what worked for me, but I was very afraid of that happening again without having solved it and still relying on walking as my main mode of transportation and something I do a lot of in the library where I work.
One day, I believe I can get to where you are, I just need to understand that I may not get there over night, which is hard because that's what I expect of myself so often. Proud of you and the work you put in!

Pile2, yes inflammation affecting all my body, pains and aches all around especially terrible pain on hand and knee joints recently. Well, emotional health is the key to over all health which I don’t have due to many struggles in my life unfortunately. Thank you for the messages Reem 👍🏻

Pile 1 - going hermit. Grew up in a high stress, fight or flight childhood, so moving away out of town where it's quiet & peaceful allowed me to focus more inward to focus on healing in everyway. Lessing stress definitely helped with my body's health. As well being able to express myself more freely without worry.

I lost 150 lbs since 2020. Cutting out flour and sugar - and healing trauma burned the weight right off. Ayahuasca and plant teachers and guides were crucial for my transformation. I look younger at 46 then I did at 30. If I can do it - so can you. 💚 ☀️ 🪶

Pile 1: How I healed my body after years of physical/ mental abuse.
    1. Conscious eating, always keeping in mind the ingredients I am putting in my body, avoiding processed foods not cutting them down completely.
    2. No alcohol, smoking etc.
    3. Avoiding stimulants on daily basis such as black tea or coffee.
    4. Aligning myself to the nature / universe through yoga, waking up early, exercising, Journaling, positive affirmations, taking back control of your thoughts and emotions.
    5. Fruit fasting once a week.
    6. Releasing my worth sitting with myself, listening to my body, respecting my body.
    7. Other spiritual practices in Hinduism.
    8. Reading good self help books.
    9. Stop being the victim and taking charge of my life.
    10. No matter how hard it is just doing it no matter what.
Remember, it only takes a thought to completely change who you are. It took me a year to become stable and healthy. Since I am physically fit now my mental health is also better.

Pile 3: what a reading! I became a quadriplegic 3 years ago after my immune system got a bit overexcited and attacked my spinal cord and many nerves in my body. I previously had fibromyalgia for 30 + years.
I have miraculously healed enough through sheer determination to swallow and talk properly, use my arms to write, and legs to walk with a stick only needed , and recently gained my independence and can now drive a car. My body and brain have learned new pathways and to read it’s signals to allow me to recover so much.
This reading hit every nail on the head.
I will soon be travelling the world to show what can be achieved by people with disabilities and hopefully my story will inspire others to trust in their body’s ability to heal itself and to accept and embrace the new you.
Looks like I need to hit the swimming pool and eat better to get into training for the rest of my life!

pile 2 for me. I am still in an environment and circumstances that physically stress me out and cause me issues that sabotage my wish of a secure life. i also found out by blood that I am approaching menopause and I still have a baby wish. but even if i take meds and finally find a doc who takes it serious and would be lucky to be gotten rid of the toxic immature people and around considerate people, my fertile window is closing. i nurture me healthy and full of self loving care in food and all but all I do is in vain. and I also have worries about a family member. and I am ghosted by the man I love. I wish I had time to rest and all my efforts will pay off in a good result, but I am sad about it while I know my self value. thank you for your time.

Wow, I am blown away! I picked pile 1
I went though a dark night of the soul for three years and I'm coming out of it. I had so much trauma and toxic energy in my body to heal and my hair actually started to fall out because of the chronic stress I was under. It made me shift everything in my life , it was my catalyst to leaving toxic relationships, eating more whole foods, getting the support I needed, and supplementing my body until it was healed. I work with thought healing and completely shifted my body from a state of disease to one of perfect health. I am so grateful for this reflection from you today Reem, I can now create the life that I love with a body I honor 🙏

Thats is SO cool! I had a similar exprience, with something said in the readings as well. The other day I remembered where I heard the word "fehu" and "rune" and I suddenly remembered these same symbols or markings on a fence and a wall I saw while visiting Hungary and Transylvania. Some of the more "traditional" homes have these same symbols along with animals like ravens, foxes and hawks. So after the readings I asked a friend of mine, who is intuitive and studies languages about this, she is from the local area. She said that this was a written language int his the region apx. around 1000 A.D. and some believe that these markings provide "protection" from bad omens or spirits. As a historian I find this connection fascinating. Learning so much thank you Reem 🙏😃💟🎓

I pick pile 1 and 2. With pile 1. I had a stroke back in 2021 do to my Diabetes being way to high. I lost lots of memory and part of fingers was numb I could move them. Part of my face was also numb. My mind is so much better. I can now move my fingers. I can talk alot better now. The last year I got on the carnivore diet was able to get off my diabetes pills. And lost no 30 lbs. I do exercise and I walk a lot. Drink plenty of water. I don’t eat sugar of any. So I have turn my whole life around. I started healing my trauma. Through all that. I am so much better. But now I mix carnivore and keto. And it is still working for me. Thank you Reem it is always a pleasure listening to your reading. Love the examples stories you tell.

    Pile 3
I was a weak child, fell sick easily, so from an early age I started paying attention to how my body feels. Nowadays I rarely fall sick and when I do, I always ask myself these two questions:
    1. What made you unhappy?
    2. What do you need to feel better?
Works almost all the time. I don't like taking chemical pills; only when I must.

Pile 1-thank you!! I was having heart palpitations for the last 2 years so started drinking less caffeine, stopped vegetables oils.
I’ve started incorporating the daily dozen (cruiciferous veggies and seeds into my daily life) and eating protein 3x/day. I’m also drinking lemon and lime water throughout the day and just started reading “The body ecology diet” so I’m about to start a gut healing diet for the next month and I’m nervous but excited. It talks about cultured veggies and taking probiotics and green juice daily and quitting high sugar fruits. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to heal their gut micro biome.
I also started doing lymphatic massage on different areas before showering and feeling through my emotions.

The best thing for microbiotics is sauerkraut, but only the chilled kind. Bottling or canning kills the microbes. Also, I found many that are chilled have preservatives, which kill microbes, so that's self-defeating. I think Bubbies is chilled and pure, though. If real kraut is hard to come by, Kimchee is also good. And they both have Vitamin K, which stops calcification of the arteries.

    Pile 1. ♥️🌈🙏
Since suffering a life changing accident five years ago, losing my career, marriage and (almost) my life, healing myself has become my priority. I have worked on changing toxic habits, meditating and visualising a healthy, happy body, worked through my shadows (ongoing) and things have begun to build again; but this time, with strong foundations. I have such a profound and new love and respect for my vessel-it fills me with awe that it can do so much, carry so much and tell me so much! I have learned to listen to my body and it’s needs and slowly, the love and healing has crept in.
It’s still happening but I feel better than I have in a VERY long time. I’m so proud too of how far I have come.
Thank you, Reem, for this beautiful affirmation. ♥️🌸🌈🧚‍♀️💃⭐️🎶🙏

Pile 1: I love what you said about the bird not relying on the branch but on their wings. I am going to write that in my journal. Pile 1: That is the cutest monkey I've ever seen. I had to choose that pile!
I know this is a general reading, but this is very accurate. I'm not at "best state ever" yet, but that is the intention =) Reversing an autoimmune. I serendipitously found a very special doctor who analyzes DNA test results to make very specific supplement recommendations. He's in England, but consults for any location. His work is very interesting, and he loves what he does. He goes above and beyond, talking with me for hours to share his knowledge. I'm very grateful for him. I've also been utilizing a few morphic fields and emotional release.

Pile #1: I've been running (recently did my first half-marathon), fasting, and some stress-release yoga! I also eat all organic food. I do feel strong and really relaxed somehow :D
Also, I've been meditating with some body-centric techniques - that has helped tremendously in prioritizing my health. I strongly believe mental health is ultimately physical health, and my intuition is so enhanced now, I watch these readings only to be able to articulate what I feel in a better way.

My inflammation is a side effect of my meds and my doctor's aren't worried about it. My nails do break easy. My blood work says my cholesterol is good and my pre-diabetes is in check. I do have a bunch of skin bark but it just looks like moles. I have some bumps on my face that I didn't use to have. They are still skin color. I have lost seven pounds since I was at the doctor's office October 16th. I have been eating 1200 calories a day. I have also been more active doing chores every day. I have been lifting heavy groceries more often. I know that doesn't sound like much to others but I use to do less and eat worse.

Pile #1 I've purged my pain body big time. Floods of tears, clearing past pain, begining 2/22/2022. At this point, my body is literally a beautiful home I get to reside in. It took a lot of sweeping the cobwebs out of the corners though ❤

3: personally I've had MIRACULOUS results following what MY body and soul wants. Seriously I was so incredibly sick and walking with a stick in my 30's. Now I'm 42 can do yoga without even trying. Now I am lifting pot plants for a living (I love this job, it's perfect for me for many reasons.)
It really is body, mind, spirit. I do the things my heart knows are right for me. I'm still in the process of getting my mind working for me. I speak kindly praising, loving, respecting, encouraging all aspects of self, including body and mind. I believe no healing will stick long term if the mind set/ patterns aren't changed.
Always ask my heart if something is right for me.
Following the subtle urges, like turning down a road I don't usually turn down. It all leads to an easier life.
Also being encouraged to say that our bodies store a lot of pain. When we heal something and that pain is gone, a 'new' pain often pops up. Only is not new, it's now ready to pop into our awareness.
Also swelling can be the bodies way of creating pressure to release a part of our body like fashe. I'm not a medical professional. Just sharing a little of my experience because I appreciate all the help I've had along the way. And as I certainly don't know it all, I look forward with gratitude for the help that will come along the way.
    Thank you, Reem.

Pile 1: 2017 i had a hernia repair surgery that didnt heal well. There was a lot of nerve entanglement with the mesh that gradually left me only being able to physically sit up for maybe 3 hours a day, costing me my job and having to lay down for the other 20-21 hours a day for about a year. I thought i wasn't ever going to be able to work again. Everything the doctors tried didnt work, and i started looking for alternative healing modalities to take my health back into my own hands. Im still healing, but i am so much better after changing my diet, getting some exercise, and physical therapy helped me stabilize a bit. I have developed severe bilateral TMJ from clenching my jaws for so many hours a day for abyear, but i am SO GRATEFUL that i am where i am. The gealth struggles served as my wake up call for my Spiritual Awakening process and ive crossed paths with so maby wonderful people as a result. Thank you Reen for opening your channel and giving us a platform to feel comfort and warmth during all phases of our lives.
Peace, Light, and Love Eternal to you and the White Feather Tarot community!

I went from only being able to sit up 3 hours a day to working 50+ hours a week. This didn't come easy, and there isn't any one thing that got me back to good health. I meditated 3-4 hours a day in the beginning, changing my diet to 100% plant-based, stretching and strength training through physical therapy, and walking. I started walking maybe a couple of blocks a day increasing to quarter of a mile a day and gradually getting up to 2 miles. Now I walk maybe 5 miles a day 5 days a week. My diet is very alkaline, I drink a LOT of Fiji water, as it is Spring water that has not been filtered and retains it's mineral content. I eat fruits and vegetables, mostly raw a lot of the time., and I never eat fruits and vegetables together as the fermentation process is different and therefore need to be eaten separately. Every morning I have a smoothie of: 1) Unsweetened Chocolate Almond milk. 2) OM Chocolate Mushroom master blend with 21g protein. 3) Organic Maple syrup - maybe a tablespoon. 4) 3 tablespoons of Organic Hemp Seeds - 10g protein. 5) 4 tablespoons of Irish Sea Moss (I purchase it and blend it into a gel myself, which doesn't have any additives, just plain sea moss and spring water). 6) 2 teaspoons of Lion's Mane mushroom powder. 7) 2 teaspoons of Kuli Kuli Gut Bliss (a blend of Moringa, Lucuma, Baobab, Ginger, and Lemon Balm) 8) 1 teaspoon of Navitas Stress Support (blend of Maca, Reishi, and Ashwagandha). Diet, exercise, and plenty of sleep and daily meditation (whatever that looks like for you just find something that you can do which brings you back to center of Self). 🤗

Pile 1, Scorpio Rising. This is so amazing!! I have been sitting with my body every morning In meditation. I tell my entire body that I love and appreciate all the hard work it does for me everyday. I ask it what it wants to eat today and it really responds to me. How amazing that my favorite reader releases a reading about this, so cool. I love the synchronicity. If you do this, be prepared to change your diet significantly. My body rejects soy, dairy, and junk food. I eat a very clean, healthy, vegetarian diet now. I use Seamoss Gel which has 92 vitamins and minerals, and I drink lots of alkaline water, bottled at the source with a PH level of 7 or higher. I also give thanks and pray to the ancient, holy waters asking it to refresh and cleanse my body, very powerful! I dance every morning as well, unless I have something going on. I have lost over 100 pounds in a year. Thank you queen, I always enjoy your power packed readings 💕💕💕

Pile 1, wow, this reading is amazing. Even the words you used are in alignment with what I'm doing. I've had some autoimmune issues in the past, loosing hair, different parts of me would be affected. I just recently started using these light technology patches, I was skeptical, but already I can feel it shifting things in my body and have more energy to the point I had to drop my caffeine intake. They are designed to increase your stem cell production (so longevity and healing), but I can definitely feel a frequency shift or subtle energy shift as well. I started collagen and copper supplements as well. Nice confirmation what I'm doing is working!

Grew up in a very high stress/traumatic environment, moved away from that. Then had a very difficult postpartum. Talk about hair falling out! Baby is a bit older now, I have a little bit of free time back while he’s sleeping. I looked into somatic movements or exercises for lowering cortisol, lowered coffee intake, started rebounding 15-20 mins a day since I can do that at home with little space. Also we started repairing the relationship dynamic between my spouse and I, so that we can both feel more safe, loved, and appreciated, which led to less snippy surface level squabbles. ❤
