In this video, I will give you 5 ways or tips that would help you start out in trading houses. It is a great way in growing your inventory since there are people who would give really good offers for your house!
I have gotten some decent trades from trading my houses, but it certainly does take time!

You don't really need a decorated house to get good offers but an undecorated house with old furniture can get good offers but there are only 19 different old furniture, one is from 2019 which is the Christmas 2019 event and the 18 old furniture are from 2018 and that means you can get good offers from old furniture collectors but be careful there is a new type of scam where people will make fake old furniture for example a coffin bed made of bricks while the real version isn't sketchy.
I never knew that. But I think it will be harder for me to do that way instead of doing a decent decorated house as most of the players I met are most likely preferring to have a good looking house.

Hi! I tried your tips before, but I just can’t get offers since the houses I’m trading are tiny homes and ppl in full servers don’t rly trade for houses :/ is there a tip for trading tiny homes?
You can get the pizza place house and throw a party, in your invitation you could type down that you're trading a tiny home. Once the invitation has been sent to everyone in the whole server, immediately switch the house to the tiny home. Everyone can still go to your party and nothing will affect it. I know it takes time, it takes me days or even more than a week to get my houses traded.
