A very interesting tip one of my friends gave me: if you put your fingers behind your ear lobes and push your ear lobes to touch the opening of your ear, you can hear the centre of the universe.
I now noticed vibrations in my chakra's but I also noticed some Hz's for the crown and pineal when Im at home I'm sometimes flooded with anger and my mind is full of things that get me angery . I can't seem to remove the unwanted negative from my home!

+Silje S. Saga i've realized where they come from, I am an empath ((unconsciously influenced by others' desires, wishes, thoughts, and moods.)) I have a hard time finding distance between me and those around me . I don't have physic protection but I also know I have a 2 block radius limitation. I do believe I need to use crystals but I don't know were to get them. I am also able to hear , and most animals speak english , once and awhile I come across wild animals speaking native american language. As most HSP'er (Highly Sensitive People) you will be able to find and "read" the energy of elements in nature and therefore can find beach stones, a piece of rock or a seashell ect. ect. and use that until your krystals "arrive" - by the way animals don't "speak" a specific language...They actually "speak" in pictures it is your higher consciousness that translate it into language.... I've notised resently that my guinea pigs also communicates in language and the "line" is clearer and more direct some how... hahaha... I was really laughing at my self today as I actually found myself talking to a fly and end up thanking the little shit when it listened and went out the window I held open... And I thought to my self; How to know you have awakened to true Buddhi-state - When You start thanking the flies you tried so desperate to kill last night ;-) SatNam
Robert Van Meter We must be able to truly forgive those that have hurt us, even those that may not “deserve” our forgiveness, ultimately even ourselves. I don’t believe this is possible without the Holy Spirit’s grace and mercy operating in our hearts and lives consistently. Listening to the Psalms (kjv version) at bedtime has brought me much needed peace. ~God Bless You!
