You have not said anything about a rare occurrence during method development. In some cases you have interference in assay as well as impurities and it follows in all of your trials. In such cases what needs to be done?

The same answer about specificity , i have given for an intervier long ago, but that person told me that was not the specificity meaning... I think may be he doesn't want to hire me then...Or that person really don't know about specificity
