Can this sick sensor connect to an Arduino for a mini project?

In general a Arduino works with 5VDC supply voltage and our sensors need a supply voltage of 10 to 30VDC. Therefore a second supply voltage of 10 to 12VDC is necessary. With this it’s possible to connect the sensor output to the Arduino input which needs 7 to 12VDC.
