Just wanted to share my E46 2003 BMW 330Ci M Sport project.
New Brakes/Calipers, Bushings, Gaskets, Fluids and etc... The front bumper and the drivers side skirt were repainted due to some damage, the rest of the car is original paint except for one of the quarter panels, which was done by the previous owner. I did a full wet sand, 3 stage cut and power polish, along with a full detail and replacement of any worn out parts on the interior/exterior. 3M Stone Shield was applied to the front bumper, fenders, mirrors, and splitters. I did a freehand cut and wrap on the edges for the stone shield protection to keep it free from rock chips on the edges of the hood/fenders/bumper.

Thanks. I personally wouldn't have gone with these wheels on this build. I thought they were kinda ugly too. My original plan was to go with something like VMR V810 wheels with Bronze Powder Coat on 19x9.5 et33 (265/30 R19) Rear and 19x8.5 et33 (245/35 R19) Front. But I had a E93 335i that came with these as extra wheels. I sold the car and still had these just sitting around. The ONLY reason I put them on the car, is because they were authentic BBS... I didn't want to scrap them. I didn't have a chance to paint them before the video shoot, kinda rushed it a bit, but the paint job actually made them look a little nicer. Can't remember the total. But for materials and paint, a few hundred with no labor.
what did you use to remove that emblem gunk? i have some just like that and im not sure what to use. i have a buffer like that too
You need to get a "wheel eraser" attachment for a drill from a parts store. They're like $10. But BE CAREFUL!!! I've burned paint with those before. Take your time.

Which angle eyes are those, and where did you pick them up from? And the dive planes? I'm from BC and have an 02 330ci with the M-sport package as well, and I've been trying to figure out what to do with it.

This video is the reason I bought my 04 330i ZHP, I've probably watched it more than 10 times, just absolutely stunning. Does make me regret not keeping video documentation of all the mods I've done to it since purchase, but I've got pictures :) well done and thanks for the great video!

i guess its only me thinking that "project" means reconditioning/upgrading everything, not just sticking new chimney, wheels, bumpers and side skirts... i wouldnt call that a project, more like a mod at best.

No, I just bought a K&N filter for the stock intake. The E46's come from the factory with a cold air intake. Air flows through the grills and directly into the intake. So I don't see a need to replace it. I just put a more free flowing filter in it. I've talked to a few BMW mechanics and enthusiasts, and a lot of them said to keep the OEM intake and put a K&N filter in. I had an aftermarket intake on my E46 ZHP Sedan, it made no difference. So I took it out.
Mario how do you find the difference between your ZHP and the 330ci after the mods?

Thanks man! I prefer not to talk about prices about this car, because an E46 330Ci Msport or an M3 has been my dream car for years.... When I found this car, I knew It was probably the cleanest E46 I would find at the time. So I went for it. It was the 330Ci or an Alpine White SMG M3 with Cinnamon interior. Same mileage but that was double the price when I bought the 330Ci. I prefer manual over SMG to be honest. But since several people keep asking me how much it cost me, it was around 15k CAD total including the car. I know you can buy a decent M3 for that price, but it's either you have a stock M3 (SMG most likely) or a bad ass modded 330Ci 5 speed. I chose the 330Ci over a stock M3 because I can buy the car and put another 7k into it and make it enjoyable for me. At the time I had a certain budget to work with. I'm pretty happy with it. Currently pushing around 260hp. Which is not too bad. It's still pretty quick and fun to drive!

Great car! I have a question about the lift. What is the height of your garage to fit it there? I`ve got a similar setup, Audi A4 for daily driving and e46 for weekends that I`d like to fit both in my garage.
10 foot ceiling. Has about 5 inches of room left with a lowered E46 and Sport suspension Audi. You need to park in reverse to get more clearance with the hood for the garage door and stop your garage door about 12 inches earlier (that can be changed in garage door buttons).
