I wrote this song from the perspective of the Chaos Insurgency, based on a sort of concept that they were disillusioned with the actions of the Foundation and were sick of the Foundation's duplicity after they, quoting the Chaos Insurgency Hub directly, "completed missions with ethically questionable methods and politically unsavory results-while keeping the Foundation's public reputation clean", hence also the title. Though for me personally, they still very much remain the villains.

"Should intermittent vengeance arm again His Red Right Hand to plague us?" is a line from Paraide Lost. A demon says it, arguing that they shouldn't anger God further so they don't draw His wrath. In this case, I think the Chaos Insurgency fears the wrath of the Foundation for their rebellion.
One thing that I noticed is how the rotating CI symbols are kind of like a twisting snake, which reminds me of DJKaktus's SCP-001 proposal (Ouroboros/the cycle) Due to the CI having a big role to play in the story, and IRL "Ouroboros" is a symbol of a snake/dragon swallowing it's tail.
This has to be the best song. No wonder why i keep listening too much too all scp songs such as GOC Theme or MC&D Theme. But this song is good. Like the SCP Final warning.

My theory on why the Chaos Insurgency exist is because The Scarlet King cannot come to our earth since we don't have world peace chaos is still around, so what if the reason the Chaos Insurgency is around to make sure peace never comes? I mean think about if all of the world counties become peaceful and the foundation is still having a hard time to keep the Chaos Insurgency at bay, then the Scarlett King will never step foot to our home. So what if the Chaos insurgency are really the good guys?
