Solitude Chatter: January 11, 2024

With over two feet of snow already, avalanche danger is high.
Please bear with us as we continue to mitigate our avalanche terrain with 35-50 additional inches of snow on the way. Honeycomb Canyon will likely remain closed until this storm cycle passes. We anticipate being able to open Summit daily after avalanche mitigation is completed.
We are keeping a close eye on the forecast and will make a call tomorrow afternoon for our Torchlight Parade & Fireworks show on Saturday.
