I finally baked a big loaf of your bread in the oven. Hubby thought it looked so good, he wanted to try it. He didn’t like it. More for me! Making a sandwich for work today.
More for you indeed! 😁 So glad you enjoyed it! Remember, is really good if you cut it and freeze it for later if you don't think you'll eat it all soon. Freezes and defrosts really well. 😁 Guess he'll miss out on the peanut butter and jelly recipe tomorrow 🤣
Dang it! I missed another Live-sorry! My two cents on Zevia-I really like their ginger root beer! I was happy to see they had a version of Mountain Dew named Mountain Zevia. But to me it tastes too much like Diet Mountain Dew. I wish there was something we could add to get it a little more close. It's nice to see that Zevia has so many copycat varieties for a lot of popular sodas. More of a chance to find something you like! For your flour recipe suggestions-I need 'nanner bread!!! A/K/A banana bread!!😸
It's all good! At least you got to watch it afterwards 😁 my favorite right now is the doctor Zevia or the vanilla cola... So good! Well, other than the salted caramel... That stuff is ridiculous! 😳
@@southernketo Oh man-I forgot about Doctor Zevia! It's awesome too! I need to find those limited time ones like the salted caramel before they take'em away! Not to switch gears but thinking about caramel-I need to find a good clean one for coffee. Any recipes I may have missed or a favorite brand? I wished more people knew about Zevia. I know those with diabetes drink diet sodas with NutraSweet. I would never put that antifreeze derivative stuff in my body! SHEW!!
@@MrAcEsNeIgHtS1188Did you ever watch this one? th-cam.com/video/jBkGDRizURM/w-d-xo.html I need to start talking about Zevia more. It is by far the healthiest out there! Virgil's zero sugar is good too, but expensive. The salted caramel you can only get on their website or Amazon
@@southernketo Yessir I did! I watched/liked it. Bookmarked it and forgot about it! I'm a mess!😸 Thanks for the reminder! I think I'm the first and only comment on that one. About my comment I said I would crush it. I meant the ice. I would crush the ice and make it more of a slush. I don't like ice cubes! Thanks I had never heard of Virgil's I might give that a try too! That explains why I haven't seen the Salted caramel in the store. Thanks for the heads up on it!
@@MrAcEsNeIgHtS1188 Yep! Good recipe low views! 🤣 I appreciate you watching it and I'll be doing some syrups and things in the future. Have some good ideas for some 😁

They are, but they still have to follow our standards. The thing that concerns me most about that is being able to one day control our food supply. Smithfield also has other brands like Armour, Farmland, Eckrich, Gwaltney, John Morrell, Krakus, Nathan's Famous, and they sell white label to just about every store brand. It's most likely you're eating Smithfield raised pork anyway, without buying the actual brand.
Thank you sir !
You're Welcome!
You are so great and informative 👏 Nice to wake up to 😊❤
Thank you so much! 😊
Thank you for the update, Victor
Had to do it... Got trolls prowling. Not gonna let them get their 10 minutes.... It report me for mentioning someone else 🤣
I hear people ask about keto rash to some doctors I follow. Never experienced it myself.
Me either, but I'm checking it out now. 😁
Persimmon pudding recipe. A must have for Thanksgiving.
Oh... I've never had that 😳
@@southernketo it might be a Southern Indiana thing. I grew up with a persimmon tree in our back yard. I start craving it every fall.
It sounds good @@cathyzabel7924👍🏻

I know Alicia from Keto Upgrade also has a pie crust recipe if your recipe doesn’t work for them.
I have a good almond flour one that I did last year, but I want to try to do it with this flour 😁 Thanks! 😁
I used the pork panko and loved the bread EXCEPT I should have used unsalted butter.
So glad you loved it! 😁 Next time...
When I started keto 4 years ago, I had the rash. It was horrible. I added electrolytes and minerals to my diet and it went away. It was miserable
Oh wow! Thanks for sharing that. I was wondering if it might be electrolyte imbalance

Yes re: the rash. Had to stop KETO to heal from it.
Wow! Were you doing electrolytes?

Hello 👋🏼
Hi 👋🏻
Can your mixtures of eryth and allulose be used in any recipe? Not sure how to exchange when a recipe calls for straight sugar or eryth, etc etc.
Yes, you can replace sugar cup for cup with my blend
Biscuit & sausage gravy please
😁

What is your live schedule?
Every Thursday night at 7:30 EST. Well, most Thursdays...
I try to avoid buying from Smithfield. They are owned by China.

@@southernketo yes, that is sad. I would rather support American owned. Just me…
@@cathyzabel7924Absolutely, I agree! It may be real important soon to find a local farmer to buy from
