The samurai class in Japan, as far as I know, engaged in a practice of selective mating, pairing exceptional individuals to produce even more outstanding offspring over several generations, rather than embracing free love. To my knowledge, only the Japanese in the Asian region carried out such practices. As evidence, China and India have populations more than ten times that of Japan, Indonesia and Bangladesh have populations three times that of Japan, and the Philippines has a population similar to Japan. However, none of these countries have achieved a civilization as advanced as the Japanese or achieved comparable results. Japanese individuals within the samurai class are like racially modified prototypes. Please note that this applies specifically to the samurai class.
She's still alive doing live concerts, and released her '22 concert album this year. I love this album and "Comin' Soon" (in which each song is based on a book, like YOASOBI does, but they're children's ones like Alice, Tintin, Peter Rabbit, etc.), still listen to them regularly.
In the 1970s, Japan had already developed bipedal robots, showcasing Sony's exceptional technological prowess. The majority of technologies used in iPhones and smartphones are covered by Japanese patents, and Japan had faster internet speeds than the United States since the 1990s. In market capitalization rankings, the top 30 companies were all Japanese. Back then, Japanese workers earned over twice the salary of those in the United States, and prime locations in New York were owned by Japanese individuals, causing concern in the U.S. Tokyo's land prices were so high that selling Tokyo land could potentially buy the entire United States. Many of the advanced fields currently pursued by American companies are essentially copied from Japanese innovations, and at times, the U.S. government used military threats and pressure to crush Japanese industries. Industries such as semiconductors, automotive, pharmaceuticals, media, internet, operating systems, and many more were targets of underhanded tactics employed by the U.S. America resorted to such means because it couldn't compete fairly with Japan. If Japan had maintained its strength without succumbing to American pressure, and if China had not been deliberately strengthened by the U.S., the world today might have been different. It could have been a more developed, healthier, and more civilized world, free from the influence of the current savage, ugly, and extremist left-wing or woke culture that pervades a society dependent on smartphones and exploited by tech companies. What humanity needed was a world led by Japan, not the pathological America we see today.

So, I just discovered this song today, and I love it. I grew up listening to soul and jazz, and love how this one dares to really cross into that line. Great track. Oh, and what is she doing at 4 a.m. ? Apparently, thinking about her ex and wanting to get back together with him, according to the lyrics. I also recommend Midnight Pretenders by Tomoko Aran and Butterfly by Kimiko Kasai (who, fun fact, is Maya Rudolph's stepmom).
I am Japanese and have been to one of her concerts, but that was in the 1980s. I am seriously surprised because I never even imagined that Mr. Nicholas would talk about her.
They just need to discover more type of music something innovative. But so many artist just use similar beats nothing new. The old music justt had more creativity and joy unlike now .
Japanese have really great taste in Jazz. Jazz funk, Jazz Fusion, Acid etc Every jazz related music from Japan, especially 70s 80s 90s, are fantastic

They are the best at depression ❤
They are also good at everything except for acting and being honest
Good at everything except having a good work life balance and work culture in general

This makes you wanna cruise around a city in a convertible on a spring night at like 11pm, wind in your hair

1978年の日本は、文字通り世界の最先端の技術を有していました。時価総額ランキングを独占していた。
つまり、録音技術と音楽技術に大量の金が投入されていた。
