- prepping for unwanted trespassers during hunting season by spraying our boundary lines with purple paint. Here in Arkansas that means no trespassing or hunting permitted.

Only can have internet service to a permanent building. Trailers don't count.
Indeed this is correct....our wellhouse is a permanent structure until our house gets here in December....they were still supposed to run it down the entire length of the service wire which ends on our property.

I thought fiber was barried under ground.
No. Not all the time. It can be underground. Free air in this case or be in a conduit like a pipe. It all depends on the application. In this situation overhead was more cost effective. Like Anson says they grow lots of rocks in the Ozarks and that's not fun to trench or us a boring machine.

Easements are tricky. They are technically your property and you are required to maintain them. Access to the Easement depends on what is on the other side.
I can't believe that forestry cleared such a narrow trail. That definitely would not make a decent fire break. They would never be able to get their equipment in there in case of an emergency!

That was a very steep hill not good people are going up im sure there shooting on your land and no dogs alowed sighn you should put up
The purple paint is an all inclusive meaning in these areas for no hunting/trespassing to include dogs...it's the owners responsibility to keep them off private lands
