Nope. If you want it centered, you'd have to place the laptop on the side and not on the shelf. But that would be the same with any other desk shelf. Unless you had a smaller monitor maybe.
@@PSBrathwaite I've always used two screens at work, so it's what I'm used to. My next monitor upgrade is going to be an ultra wide to see how I like that. In this case, I will have my laptop docked or off to the side of the shelf. I already purchased it and will do a video on that upgrade in the future.
I’m not a fan of this specific desk shelf because I don’t like how it looks aesthetically but it more than makes up for it with the modular accessories. The drawer, MagSafe stand, stream deck stand, make it a must buy. I can definitely get over the looks for the functionality. It doesn’t look too bad, there are just desk shelf’s that look better imo.

Do you know the size of the bolts/screws of the accessories? I currently don't have it but already want to design the accessories I want to 3d print, so I'd need to know the sizes.
Good question. I'm not good at the technical aspect of screws yet, but I just measured the length of the screw on the phone hole. Length is a little over half an inch. It has a washer. And on the screw itself it says 010.9 YFS making it a YFS 010.9 PLATE BOLT WITH HEX SOCKET Hope this helps!

It's a terrible setup, very busy and overwhelming (lots going on in a small space). If you need a second screen, I prefer using an iPad Pro 12.9 folded below your monitor and keeping your laptop closed somewhere out of site. You can also use your MacBook Pro in front of you while having your monitor a bit higher, in which case you would use it as your keyboard (it would look like a neater setup). As for my setup, I got my Macbook Pro mounted on my wall (it's set as a decoration with the logo in the front with a beautiful border around it, my power bar, Caldigit TS4 and so on all underneath my desk while just having my two speakers (Kanto 4), my Studio Display, Magic Keyboard/Mouse with iPhone desk mount only on my desk and on days I need a second monitor then I use my iPad Pro neatly folded below my Studio Display. I love this because everything is either matte black or silver, with no cords or showing, and everything feels clean and free of distractions.
I appreciate the feedback and your opinion, as this is the first setup I'm working and by no means final. Like others, I'm working with what I have and slowly building up. Then making tweaks here and there as I actually use and test different setup ideas in my home. Your setup sounds interesting for me to try in the future and yes, a Caldigit TS4 is on my list, just saving up for the purchase as it's not cheap. It seems like you've already built up your setup and have a lot of experience with what works for you. Cheers.

Hi. That controls the monitor light bar on top of the monitor. Benq makes those and that control puck is wired. There are versions with wireless ones.
