Spencer showing Enes how to do a proper property tour. And without a distracting lisp or speaking at 100 mph and sounding like an idiot. My aunt used to live near there and this house was quite the commotion around there. A couple newspaper articles were written about it and people were saying that it was being built for Peter Dinklage, like that made any sense. Other people said it was built as a car storage place. Then when it was built, it was just a house. My aunt moved to Manatee county and there is a home there built from shipping containers. It cost $150,000 and is supposedly the answer to affordable housing, but I think the guy missed the mark on what 'affordable' means to people with low income. Granted with a 30 year mortgage at 5.3% interest it's less than 500 a month, but for people on disability like me, that's affordable, but could it actually be built and done?
Enes crushes the property tour niche and is A+ with discussing details. i'm hoping there's a lane for unique properties with cool stories surrounding it that I can take over.
