Nanoks' full speech after handing over to new Governor Lomorukai Napotikan at Ekalees on 25th August

Jeremiah Ekamais Lomorukai Napotikan and Dr. Erus John Lopeyok (PhD) take the oath of office to serve as Governor and Deputy Governor of Turkana County respectively at Ekalees center on 25th August 2022 at Ekalees in Lodwar. Justice Stephen Riechi of the high Court of Kenya presided over the event. The new gubernatorial team takes over from Josephat Kooli Nanok and Peter Lotethiro.

Congratulations to my clever,and able first Governor of Turkana county who made our to shine and be counted as the best county among others. I wish you all the best and may the almighty father lead you wherever you will be leading future life with prosperity that you have and kindly put your eye on Turkana resources that had established during your leadership in devolution.
