Hello Medugal. Unfortunately, the Certina has had a few issues. The first once was faulty as the hands were stuck in the 11.30 position. This was replaced but unfortunately the replacement had to be returned too with similar motor related issues. Please refer to the operator’s manual found in the link below. i got same one also but with metal strap , does you know where to buy Resin strap from ?? , would also like to have it to swap out from time to time like yourself ??
