Personally, I did not try the quality, but when I touched them and saw them near me, their quality was high, frankly, I did not notice any difference between them. Indeed, the Turkish product is of high quality despite its simple price.
I don't know of the quality of their fakes, but I will say, in the UK, some of the nicest, softest bedding and towels are made in Turkey. I think some of Super Dry's clothing is made there too, and SD's stuff is really soft. Hope that helps on some level.
