We are interested in the farmhouses in the rural areas, so many are 100+ years old though. Have your clients done any lead testing of the paint or plumbing in these homes?
1. That’s true. I find I’m less uncomfortable in the heat of AZ than the humidity of IA. 2. That never mattered to me. Had (mostly) Republican Governors. Then we got Hughes - one of the best we have ever had. He went on to become an outstanding Senator … as a Democrat. 3. Use a flea and tick collar. Flys … blame the cattle. Cattle were never in Tombstone … and it has no flies. 4. Big city life? Traffic, congestion, high priced housing? Naaa … don’t need that. 5. i only know of one in Arizona. Hated that in IA. 6.Going to Minneapolis for a wedding in 1966. It was -55 in Ames. 7. Farm chemicals and massive sun and non-use of sunscreen/proper clothing.
I can give you three reasons right off the top of my head. It's boring af. There's way too many Republicans. And the weather is godawful. Those are the reasons I moved

Is it a bad thing to live near a creek, for potential flooding?
@@blancaperezAZ potentially. Depends on where the home is positioned
Which states do you offer for living?
I've never traveled to Iowa and not smelled some type of shit while there cow, horse, pig or sewer plant.

Lol too many republicans? So it’s safe, people work and go home instead or protesting and burning down buildings? Lol I doubt you are kissed.
Here's another Republican. I heard you might like California. They are almost communist's.
