They have achieved just barely enough revenue to pay all the workers involved in manufacturing and transport of materials that NO ONE else has received the benefits from. Not a single cent reduction in our energy bills, in fact our taxes went up to cover the cost of making windmills and we will never see the pay off or return on our investment. Just a bunch of rich guys taking government funding at the people's expense.
