Bushman Prank: This Reaction Made me Want to Quit!!

- What up Bush Fam!! Back with another funny video!! This one reaction really made me rethink what I'm doing. Everything turned out ok but it legit scared me. I've been doing this prank now for 3 years and thankfully no one has ever been hurt! I wouldn't even of posted the girl falling just because it was pretty extreme, but she asked me to. I had to go home and really reflect on what I can do to be more cautious because as you know not everyone reacts the same. Some might say people overreact but imagine being the cause of that. My biggest fear is someone getting seriously hurt. If anyone understands that well it's me. I pride myself in not jump scaring everyone just for views or to please the crowds watching but I'm not perfect and I'm only human so I will make mistakes. I'm not quitting but believe me when I say safety is my number 1 priority! Hope you all enjoy the video and all feedback is welcome always on my channel! I hope everyone acknowledges how clever he is with the soft wave. That’s not just for show. That wave instantly turns the fear into laughter and shows that he isn’t doing it out of malice but humor and joy. It’s a subtle but very important aspect of the gag.

Mad respect for you, man. Do the bare minimum when it’s the elderly, don’t initiate when there’s little kids that could get hurt, not scaring people while on skateboards or bikes… This is the set example of prancing people should be like. Understand your surroundings.

Wow. How sweet just seeing people genuinely laughing like it feels like they really were having "the surprise of their lives". I watched it all the way to the end. I was impressed at how many people were ready to protect their loved ones from an "implied" danger. In reality, you were mindful of not doing it to parents with strollers and seniors with canes. Ithink you should never stop doing what you love. You are a blessing to the world, even if its just a small corner of an amusement park or a river walk. Thank you for spreading happiness.

I generally don’t like these kinds of videos, I think pranks are mean. But you do it with so much consideration of who can take the joke- and the stress of a scare- you make it pure and enjoyable and funny. And more laughter is what the world needs ❤❤

I can sit here for half an hour watching the same prank over and over again! This is just ridiculously hilarious clean fun! Pure joy watching men jump behind their girlfriends! I love the way the Bushman is aware of children and elderly coming in his direction and he really tames down the performance so as not to totally terrify them! Such a simple routine but it brings such joy to crowds of people - there should be a Bushman on every corner!
I loved how low-key, yet startling, he was with the man pushing the stroller at 9:20. Proves you don't have to do much to get a great reaction, yet the little girl completely missed it and was unfazed.

Watching this, it struck me that I can't remember other people doing something similar apologizing, checking if their victims were alright, worrying about the well-being of the more frightened individuals, etc. the way you do. Kudos on being not only being one of the most entertaining channels on TH-cam but also for remaining a really decent human being. I think the 2 women with odd reactions to you and the guy at the end of the video who grabbed your camera are unfortunate exceptions. I hope people like that don't deter you from doing what you do, especially here in San Antonio. Well, the two women reacted according to their instincts and that is just part of it. Its the aggression after a scare, mostly in men, that is a problem. Luckily most sane people instantly control this when they realize there is no danger.
