I did some shopping at Walgreens while getting my kids their passport photos. Perfect opportunity to see what’s new in the drugstore beauty world. Maybelline recently released their newest green makeup line with recyclable packaging and “cleaner” makeup ingredients. I also picked up makeup that launched last year, but I just haven’t had a chance to play with them. Let’s apply all the makeup and see how each product wears throughout the day.

The long hair and more muted/softer makeup gives you such a young fresh look.
I absolutely love watching your try ons/wear tests. Having the updates really gives a true glimpse on how the products perform/how long they last. There are so many TH-camrs out there who do "first impression" videos, and they fly through the applications, and don't provide any real feedback. Please keep doing these kinds of videos. They're so helpful!

I like to have a very sheer coverage option. The one I've been loving is the cover girl skin milk! Honestly the first foundation I've used 2 bottles of back to back even though I've got high end ones that are just hanging around. I reach for it most days or the UD Hydromaniac. Love the lip combo & that pixie blush stick is so so pretty as well.
I really love that NYX primer. I mostly use it under the elf camo powder and feel like it helps give me a glow and keeps it from settling into my lines. I recommend trying it again with a different foundation.

I bought that tinted oil because I was very intrigued to see how it worked... I agree that it is a "dry oil" try of base so, in my experience it works better with a moisturizing (cream) type of primer and a nice setting spray.

I've been wearing this foundation and I like it. But I'm a sheer light coverage person. I put it on over my serums and moisturizer with no primers. I have normal to dry skin, It doesn't make my skin feel dry. Foundations that are medium to full coverage look horrible on my face.

I love the NYX Thick It Stick It brow gel, combined with the Lift & Snatch pen. I get a natural looking brow that actually looks like I have brows. I’m curious to know how that Maybelline Green mascara compared to CoverGirl Clean Blast.

Yay drugstore make up my favorite. Completely agree with the tinted oil not a fan! Love the eyeliner I might actually try it and I love the eyeshadow!!!! The blush is beautiful too!
I think brown eyeliner would look better on your fair skin.
I dont understand why she kept comparing the Maybelline tint oil to the lorel serum. There 2 very different formulas. She mentioned Kosas once in the beginning and i understood that. The Maybelline tinted oil is a beautiful skin tint. Its a tint so your not gonna get a lot of coverage from it. It has a natural finish it also claims to have a natural finish so I wasnt sure why she was shocked it wasn't glowy. I know a few people who have the Maybelline tinted oil and they love it. Everyones skin is different so I wouldn't base her review on weather or not you should buy it. What I do agree with her on is it's not like the lorel serum because the lorel is a serum a different formula. If you like the kosas tinted oil you will most likely like the Maybelline tinted oil

The eyeliner is my fave. I’ve been using for a few weeks. It doesn’t not travel well though. For some reason it started to explode within the cap after flying. Other than that it’s amazing.
The Maybelline eyeliner is so good! I wore it for about 16 hrs and looked just as good as when I first applied it! Did not move and was still super black and matte!

Give the NYX primer another shot! It works great with most foundations and is a wonderful skincare product

Hi I’m new to your channel and I LOVE it!!! I was wondering if you had ever considered doing a COMPLETE line of makeup, like L’Oréal or Covergirl? I mean like face cream, face cleansers, brushes, etc? I’m not sure of what company would have these things, but it would be very interesting to know if you like them or not. I know that even within a certain brand, they carry several different formulas. I think Cover Girl has like 4 or 5 different mascaras. Just a thought on giving advice for your makeup. 😀
I have yet to find a mascara that doesn’t flake doesn’t transfer down onto your skin and I have tried many many many mascaras high-end and drugstore 🥺
My favorite is the l'oreal voluminous mascara (in a dark brownish gray tube). Specifically the brown-black shade. I've been using it for probably 3 years now and have bawled my eyes out so many times while wearing it, and it doesn't move! 😅 No transfer or flaking or anything!

Thrive Cosmetics has a great mascara that coats a little differently than others. It looks weird when you wash it off because it makes a little “tube” around your individual lashes. I’ve never had it flake or run while I’m wearing it, though.

Im very white like you..always I amb problems with colour ...(very dark or sometging rose) I was thinking buy the makeup Bareminerals but this I think looks on you beautiful and very natural.

Which loreal foundation product were you referring to that is better than the Maybeline tinted oil ? Is it the Loreal Serum foundation ? And you think its better because it is less drying ?

That maybelline oil tint enhanced my skins texture…I returned it
I have really really dry skin so I thought I would definitely love this but I don’t like it at all!!! It just sits on top of your skin.
