Since the thumpers are only counterable with a shovel now (which is a bit repetitive), I thought it might be cool to have the laser pointer have an interaction with them, where you can use it to distract them at least temporarily. Could be a fun mechanic, and it fits with the goofy style of the game, while adding some more functional loot items. (edited for clarity)
uncounterable???? with shovel you can just swing back up, swing back up and kill it with no damage taken, takes practice but its not that hard, also their getting nerfed and shovel is going to get buffed

My father is so claustrophobic he can't endure an MRI, and he needs medicine to endure a plane flight. Absolute out-of-control panic attacks. Not "scared" like you might feel about playing a scary video game.
yeahh people misuse the term phobia a lot! i have pyrophobia and it's so extreme that i can't hear fire crackling, be around candles (lit or fake flames), be around incenses, or even use an electric stove because of the association with fire (despite it not being involved). it sends me into a horrific panic attack and leaves me with paranoia and nightmares for upwards of a week afterwards. phobias are absolutely no joke, and it's hard to explain JUST how invasive and extreme they are to an outsider without one- being scared or unnerved by something, and having an extreme, irrational fear that can be triggered by pure association are two Very different things and i wish it was easier to get that across :( (edit to apologize for how long that reply ended up being! i didn't think i'd rambled so much haha)

Than there were cases in France Germany Italy Usa Brazil and than Canada and after there were around 650 cases in France it came to Ukraine where just a week after school was cancelled. Poggers I would say but no, you were not the patient zero in Canada. You just had a nasty case of flu. Get your flu shots in october to not get sick/have less impact on your health. It is usually covered by your health insurance.

thumpers are getting nerfed next patch, and shovels are getting reduced in weight
The issue with that is the laser pointer is a scrap item that you randomly find so its not going to be conveniently available like the shovel
