No Teddy involvement. He is busy making his own 5th gen girl group under TheBlackLabel.
In 2022, TheBlackLabel went from being a subsidiary company of YG Entertainment to being an associate company at YG Entertainment. When this change happened Teddy and TheBlackLabel publicly announced that they were in the process of making their own girl group.
After some pictures of TheBlackLabel girl trainees were leaked on social media, TheBlackLabel confirmed that their girl group was close to debut and that their debut timeline is scheduled to be in Q3 or Q4 2024.

Teddy a major shaareholder for the BLACKLABEL and YG only has 22% of the shares. Teddy has moved the BLACKLABEL out of the YG building and he has his own office. So it is unlikely that Teddy will be involved with BABYMONSTER. Plus he has his own girl group that should be debuting soon.
Excited to hear the title track and also BATTER UP and STUCK IN THE MIDDLE with 7 members.
