Just because you see it from an elevated camera angle doesn't mean he realized what happened. You can see him in the end he wasn't doing anything else. He was watching Biyombo get up he went near him and I believe he patted him in the back or some similar hand gesture before he was taken to the locker rooms. It's not like he was looking around the stadium or talking to someone else.

Same thing happened to me 2 months ago when I suddenly collapsed at work. It turned out to be an aneurysm in the aorta. I got treated.
What's crazy is I told everyone that I felt like someone was gonna collapse in a game soon, never thought on the bench but always thought on the actual floor while playing. I get weird feelings like that sometimes they come true, hope it all works out for this young man!
I've passed out like that when I was sick with a fever one time and it was scary af. I hit my head on a chair, but luckily there was a cushion on the chair so I just had a stiff neck.

IMO, it could be orthostatic hypertension. I've done something similar, and it usually happens more in tall people (I'm 6'3"). I'll get up and stretch, and I start feeling lightheaded and my vision blacks out. I'll just sit down and give it about 10-15 seconds, and I'm all good. I've also just fallen over like that.

Fainting can be an extremely serious issue related to a serious medical condition. Obviously they cant say he's ok until he gets an actual blood test just to be on the safe side. Hopefully he's gonna be ok.
