I believe it is the exact same donut and donut box that was included with the original MMS 123 as I have that version. I can't wait to get my die-cast version. The original one did not come with the coffee cup though.

This figure looks great! Though I'm unsure if it looks as good as the mark 7, I tend to prefer the streamline iron man look more, but the colour scheme and bulk on the mark 7 look great! any thoughts on which you think look better, without taking in the account of the accessories.

Hot Toys is really dropping the ball with the stands. These things are getting more and more expensive which I'm kind of ok with because they're so awesome, but these generic stands just don't cut it. For what we're paying these figures they need to always come with stands like with the Mk 45 or 46. A diorama of some sort not the standard nut hooks. Which is funny to me considering when the IM3 Die cast War Machine came out with it's quality stand said not to use those stands for die cast. Now every figure comes with them.
Did they correct the pink panties issue on this one? That was a known problem on the plastic one. I have it. Mines not that bad. I may have to sell it. I have this one on preorder. Can't wait!

Okay so I'm a statue collector typically however I recently pre ordered the deluxe edition of Wolverine from Deadpool 3 with that stunning Hugh Jackman head sculpt and its got me in the mood for a few more Hot Toys figures. I managed to snag this Diecast Ironman with Gantry for £300. It has been in box and hasn't been displayed so its essentially brand new. I really wanted the Mark 85 battle damaged as my first Iron Man but I felt this deal was too good to pass up. Will I be haopy with this figure or should I have just went for a more recent release? How does it compare to newer ones and is there any drawbacks to this one? I know the head sculpt probably wont be as realistic as newer ones but from pics it looks good enough, ill be displaying with the helmet on mostly anyways. Love the channel, love how your video's aren't like 1 hour long but still cover a lot of details. You've definitely gained a new daily watcher.

@@JustinsCollection So mines came today and I made a huge error, opened the box vertically while talking to my Mum and the small foam bit that covers the figure box came loose and my Iron Man slid down and fell to the ground from about 1 meter up, smashed the floor, there was lots of pieces all over. His arm came off and I genuinely thought I'd destroyed him. Luckily all the pieces on the floor were just the accessories from the box (extra hands etc) his arm ball joint was intact and I was able to reattach it, still has all range of movement. To my surprise there was absolutely no paint chipping or any noticeable scratches except the ones on the armour that are supposed to be there. Only issue is the shoulder pad from that arm isn't as tight with his movement feels loose but still sits good in the pose. Can't believe I actually done that 😂 I'm going to set up the Gantry soon unfortunately the seller didn't include the instructions so I'll try find a video on TH-cam for that. All in all apart from me almost destroying him I'm very happy with what I got. The head sculpt is actually pretty good in person too the likeness is definitely there. Maybe not the best version of Tony Stark but certainly passes the squint test.
Hope they reissue this armor! So gonna get it if they reissue this. I have the Mark 2 and Mark 3 diecast versions so I might as well get the Mark 4 right Justin? What do you say?

Wasn't the plastic version's stand the oval one (not hexagonal)? I have the old mark iv plastic version and hot toys didnt use the hexagonal stands yet when it was released
Mainly because I ordered it from secret base before I knew sideshow was shipping at the same time. Otherwise I absolutely would have gone through them!
